I am hovering a bit in the middle about this property. Not spectacular, but also not the worst. It is all about personal preference, if I had the money I would be looking for a more practical and profitable farm. But I still haven't won the jackpot in the lottery. I'm not sure how they value the amount of money for this property, not worth the price completely delusional. The correct value for this propriety is between £70.000 to £80.000 just because you have land doesn't mean that you can asking for crazy amounts of money. GO back to the drawing board.

Quite a nice bit of terrain but a dried up well and the neighbours dogs barking all day long doesn’t make for a tranquil life in the countryside….. in my humble opinion.

What would the chances of getting either structure registered be? If possible it makes it a far more attractive proposition. A lot of hard work and money needed to make the land give you an income and support you.
