Everything about it is stunning, those stone floors on the ground floor, the traditional tiles, the land and the views, the abundant water, it's my perfect dream home.
Sadly it is too much for this retiree, but I love it. Hopefully a young family will buy it and take good care of it for many generations to come.

My younger self thinks that with the addition of organic herb and vegetable gardens along with adding more varieties of fruit, this could become a lovely "destination" restaurant, showcasing local products and breads from those refurbished bread ovens.
The bones are there, it would need more bathrooms, probably an upgrade to the electric system, commercial kitchen equipment, an entrance and parking area around the garage of calçada portuguesa, then decorating. Not a difficult project to accomplish.
(this coming from the perspective of one who has done similar projects in the past - albeit not in Portugal, no idea if it's even legally possible)

There are noticable sentence damages to the foundations on house, garage and possible outhouses. Is there any geological surveys of the land? Mudslide risk is especially interesting. Other than that, a very good looking property! ❤️🇳🇴

The house dates from the 1930´s. It needs some support and maintenance works here and there as with every house from that age, but other than that, it is a sound house!
