Actually solid advice I needed because I’ve been overworking my body and I know I am but I feel this obligation to get to the gym it’s crazy I know
I work out like Mike when I’m extremely tired and got like 3hours of sleep that’s when I apply his method
I watched a Ryan H back workout using just DBs. Upper to mid back. Wide elbow out sweeping.
i thought he was talking about Ryan H too. that’s how he sets up his rows but his training is about maximizing mind muscle connection not just throwing weight😅

Most, if not all, of Hany Rambod's athletes are doing one arm dumbbell rows during back workouts. So it must have been working for them and he's one of the most decorated coaches in BB. 🤷🏼♂️
They do make a difference for me. But it took a while to learn how to do them correct. And I work out at home so I don't have the machines.
@@b.benjamineriksson6030 i agree. Some gyms has this awesome and fancy machines, yet some dont. Some works out in a gym, some at home. Well, yes, takes time to learn the form.

I dont understand how free weight training is shunned by you. Free weights made giants in the past am I wrong
They had way less options, also made huge injuries
I don't think he shuns it but its much more difficult to target a specific area with free weights. It's a learned skill.
If all you have is free weights then thats fine but the biggest body builders I know use far more machine work because it's easier to target the areas they are trying to grow while reducing general fatigue in the surrounding structures.
He didn’t shun them little homie, you have poor listening comprehension skills 🤪 there’s just better ways, that said I enjoy them because it makes me feel like a big dick bandit so I’ll continue to use free weights and don’t need grumpy uncle Mike to tell me it’s ok and cry if he disagrees
He's not so much arguing free weights vs machines as it's paths of movement and points of tension.

First of all on the rows pull with your right arm and support with your right leg, pull with your left arm support with your left leg, let’s get that right

@@user-xs4rm1ti8f if you’re doing one arm rows on a bench and you’re pulling with your right arm, which leg is planted,you’re right leg you dumbbell . You apply that to all single arm dumbbell row movements.
