We all need to appreciate this mans videos i havnt stopped watching and every piece of advise for example the rear delts over bench with dumbells and the 2 stage for triceps where u get the full stretch i done this morning and the contraction is a whole different level. I solute u sir

Yesterday was the first day for training twice a day, one in the morning one at night,

I was a bit trap dominant. I'm not sure if it's "correct" or not but what I did was train traps first so when I moved on to side lateral movements, my traps were already exhausted

@@theclaimsquadpublicadjusters it targets the upper chest. It works for me and other people. Definitely more efficient with a double cable machine. I guess it all depends on your body type and structure and build. For example my rear delts are the biggest part of my shoulders, but I never do rear delt exercises at the gym ever because I'm a construction worker.
Maybe he was just warming up/ensuring his shoulders aren’t cracking by trying different raises, some people do this not a big deal to make fun of him . Instead you should mind your business

What do you think about free weights for shoulders only.
Mike. I have a shit time getting lower lats to fire. Only thing I can do is assisted pullups or seated cable rows with an extreme arch to get them to kinda fire at the very end range.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Every bad thing you mention is done at pure every second of every day. Selfies, filming workouts etc. Unfortunate that amazing gym is over run by bikini chicks who all seem to coach loll.
