Just getting caught up on your channel, I'm making your salsa today for cinco de mayo. Everything you do looks fabulous, I've got a lot to replicate! What pellets are you using to smoke this all with? I don't have a pellet smoker but should be able to make it work with just a mixture of chips. Thanks and keep up the great content!
Thanks!! I typically use Hickory on salsa as it’s not overpowering. It’s gonna be plenty smoky. Thanks so much for watching!
@@HolySmokesBBQ Awesome stuff, I'm putting the glazed meatballs and bacon pinwheels on the to do list as well. Going to finally pull the trigger on the meat grinder for my stand mixer. Going to have to grab some of your sauce and seasoning as well. Perfect for NBA playoff parties.
