21 days completed ...I'm really happy... My body my mind both are not the same as 21 days before...Thank you thank you ...This time I just concentrated on flexibility ...But added benefit is I lost weight also ...Quitting sugar completely was one thing I did in those 21 days... I will keep practising yoga...It's not workout it's a life style ...No need to fix time table 30 min 45 min don't fix target to loose weight..Just practice healthy life style..Body will give answer ..You will knew it 👍👍💐💐💐💐
Completed the 21 day challenge. My body and mind are at a better place than before.
Physically i got stronger flexible and also i lost some weight. I was able to quit sugar and also had dinner 4 hrs before sleeping. This practice helped me to become punctual in my day to day activities. My concentration and determination increased. Today im more confident than i was 21 days before.
This is amazing. Its amazing how much change these practices bring into your life.
When I started i was thinking it's just 20 25 min how this help weightloss eventhough doubt i started I stick to the program then after 10 days I can see difference in my tummy and thight then I realise weightloss is just yoga or workout it's all about eating habit. Thank you preeti I have practicing yoga for last 6 months with only ur vedios. Thank you for all the thing and yes it's not end it's a beginning

Thank you very much. So after day 20, my body was aching too much,,, it wasn't used to the Surya namaskar, especially my arms and shoulder area,, so i took a week gap,, today i started feeling normal and hv completed day 21 and this meditation session. Thank you so much. Looking forward to starting another challenge tomorrow... There was no difference in my weight on scale, but definitely there is a difference in my felxibility, stamina, on day 21, i was able to do all rounds v easily,,, i also feel my thighs and legs have become slimmer.. thank you once again.
Day 19 -✅ despite taking several days of break, I kept going and completed this 21 day series. This is the first time I started doing a fitness challenge and actually completed it! My weight has increased by 2 kilos 🥲 but I have had one inch loss around my waist, arms and thighs so I’ll take it as a win 😁

I like the way You explain each Posture it feels like as if I am attending regular Yog class. I am really greatful to you for such a challenge at the start of new year. I had followed you for Acceptance Series as well at the start of year 2022.
Practicing yog has become daily ritual and pleasurable experience for me because of you.

This practice had me absolutely flowing for the first time! I didn't have to think about my position as my body knew what to do! Amazing! I couldn’t believe I was sweating so much because I wasn’t pushing! Love love love it!

When I was started 30 day yoga challengey weight was 70 kg but i fully finish your yoga my weight was 68 kg without any diet.. My first baby born 2016 but many treatment I was take it after 6 year I worried about second baby only I was doing your 30 day yoga challenging now I m pregnant second baby woithout any treatment my pcos clear tube block was clear now 45 day I'm pregnant thankyou soo much for your free yoga class in UA-cam.. It's means alot lots of loving from Tamilnadu

I'm suffering from umbilical hernia. Initially it was2mm but now it is 11mm. I'm putting on weight due to hormonal imbalance due to menopause. I'm 46 years old. Weight 65kg height 5 feet. Could u plz suggest some workouts which I can do. Plz mam.
