I Had Pcod last 7 months , I didn't take any medicine but i worried my self, I saw randomly this video and i just followed this yoga for only 5 day's, I get my period. I going to continue this yoga for my life time this yoga helps me my back pain reliefs also . Thank u so much dear sister ❤❤😘

You are absolutely right . I was also suffering from PCOS which raised infertility . We got no results after using many allopathic mediciens . Then we visited ( Dr imenherbal ) company who prescribed us some medicines and with the help of those ( Dr imenherbal ) medicines , I got complete rid from PCOS in just 3 months for permanent . I have a baby of 7 months now .

I had pcos last 3 years . I take medicine but didn't work i stop taking so periods also stop.then i show this yoga bela series of how to cure pcos and i did it i don't get periods since 4months i start this yoga daily and follow the tips and it's works i got my period within a week i m doing this yoga daily basis..thank you for this video Preeti mem . My pcos got retriggered and my periods delayed for 21 days. I got my periods only doing this yoga sequence for 5 days.
Not only that earlier i felt my body was not that flexible and body pain was also very evident but after this sequence, my body is quite flexible and no aches and pain too. Thankyou for posting such effective routine

Hi, am posting this comment after doing this 30 mins yoga practice on past 45 days. I had PCOD on past 3 yrs with regular recurrence bt now my cysts r cleared and my hormone levels are normal due to this effective asanas and diet changes.

@bushratariq4519 it is actually working for me, but I also consulted a nutritionist in order to get the results. Please take care of your diet along with the yoga. I'm sure you'll get the results soon.
