As someone who just is on cloud 9 for doing 8 continuous days of 25 rounds, I can see the effort that went into making this. I can also see how much peace and satisfaction it gave at the end of every 108 set. Kudos lady !!!

Let's goooo..... I'm a complete beginner and I've been doing suryanamaskars for 3 weeks now. Today I hit 54. Down from 104 kgs to 99 in a month. Just suryanamaskars and diet. Happy international yoga day everyone.🙏
Day 1: yesterday I did 70 sun salutations taking a few rests in between. Day 2: today I was able to complete 108 sun salutations taking 15mins breaks once in between. Day 3: yesterday my whole body was burning in pain, still able to do 108 sun salutations without any rest today🥰 really proud of me🎉 haha NB: here The yoga nidra is the dessert after the main course ❤
I completed 108 namaskars in 25 days period. Able to sustain. I kept a goal to complete this milestone in the month of February. Day1: I was able to do 21 Feeling: Exhausted and fresh Day2: I was able to do only 15 Feeling: Focused on breathing. The head felt relaxed. Day 7: 57 Feeling :focused on doing it right and correcting my postures Day 8 to Day 15: 72 Feeling :literally died of exhaustion. Rested for 30 minutes. That sleep felt like bliss. Day 21: Did my 108. Feeling: had the best nap in my life. That 15 minutes of sleep worked miracles. Day 22:did 70 Day 23 to day 25: completed 108 Now I am comfortable to push around 108. Combined with proper diet my weight reduced from 75.1 kg to 72.5 kg.BMI around 24.7 (Just have cut eating outside and also sugar intake). Results: Increased flexibility Energy through out Day Calm mind and extreme awareness on senses. Conclusion: strongly advise to follow this regime.

I practice yoga on a regular basis so I attempted the full 108 my first go and my goodness..by the end of it the fire I felt in my body was unreal. I was so sweaty, even a little misty eyed, along with having a runny nose...but to lay on the ground after and feel my chest thump against the earth as a wave of accomplishment and calmness washed over me made it SO WORTH IT.
I did about 55-80 surya namaskars varying daily for about 20 days and with a balanced diet , I reduced from 63 kgs to 60 kgs . Doing this really helps in burning the fat and gives you a glow .

Oh my gosh! I just finished 108 Surya Namaskars with you!!! And it wasn't pretty. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years off and on. And I know the transformative power of 108. What an amazing journey. I went through so many changes: I started to really sweat around 60, then at 80 I burst into tears spontaneously, it wasn't util 90 that I could even match your breathing pattern. Then at the end, I sobbed just thinkig about falling to my knees then my belly only to rise again in triumph. I did that 108 times, but we do it many times in life where we fall down and must pick ourselves back up. I felt such compassion and grace for my humanity. It overwhelmed me. Thank you for offering this. I loved practicing with you. It absolutely added value to my life. Namaste!
I have don 108 Surya namaskar today... Feeling very proud for myself...I am 88 kgs and still manage to do it with your pace only. Thanks for inspiring me...I am sure this will definitely help me reduce my weight...

Omg I accidentally came across your Surya namaskar video a few days back and decided to start myself, starting with 30. And at 18 I was exhausted yesterday. And today I did 0 . And tomorrow is Sunday, thank God. 🙄😳
I'm happy to say that today was my first day and I managed to do all the 108 rounds with you. My wrists hurt and my arms feel sluggish lol but I'm doing good. I just have an issue with my flexibility as I'm not as flexible as you when bringing my legs back between my hands. They are like 20 cm back. I hope this will improve later on. Thanks for sharing such great experience.
Hi Anita! This is a brilliant effort. Everytime, I used to stop at 40 or 45 counts with your previous video with heavy breathing. But with this new video, I am able to do 108 with very little effort. It gives a amazing feeling. Thank you for doing this..!!!

It's my day 2 and this time I followed this video. I was able to complete 108 SN without any break. I just followed the video and experienced an amazing synchronicity between my breathing and body movements. It was very calming. Also after the last shavasan my body was back to normal state.. Made my day! ❤️
Just to update on the status of above. I practised 108 Surya namaskar for 2 months dedicatedly. And i was succesful in loosing 5 kg ☺️. I went from 69.99kg to 65kg. There is also a Facebook group related to this activity, all inspiring people in that group makes you stick to the goal. M Happy that i did it.
Will try to update daily, and increase the counts gradually Day 1: Count- 44. Sweating 😓 but feeling good 👍 Day 2: Count -30. Was too tired as it was a busy day. But still feeling good. Day 3: count -50. I am feeling lighter and more energetic. Day 4: count - 60 ... getting better at this, and feeling really happy about it. Day 5- break Day 6- 51
Thank you dear 😘 I saw you one video inspiring to do suryanamskar, after that I am following your 108 suryanamskar in 48 min video, First days I was able to do 70 because from pandemic I have started with 15 and then 30 and after some of the days it's discontinued and started walking, but when I started again only four days took for 108 . Initially 15 days I was getting very difficult after 80 suryanamskar and anyhow I was reaching to 108, but after a month I do it very smoothly, And it's a fact that amazing body shape changes observed. And results we can judged by comparing any other exercises with suryanamskar in 48 min, sweating makes you completely wet like you somebody pour water on clothes, and while getting relaxed at end frome head you will feel like heated water is running out of head. I blessed that I got your video on you tube which inspired me to start gain suryanamskar.

Yeayy!! I am so glad that I've been doing this routine for a month now (on and off). The first day, I was only able to do 25 rounds. Then, I added up gradually each week. Thank you! This is day one for me and I did 11 in a row, not perfect but my best. I have a bowl with 108 beads and another empty bowl. I will put one bead in when I finish one and it is also a much needed mini break for me! I hope to work up to 108 a day. I turned 60 on Jan 12, 2024 and I have not been doing any exercises for some years now. Today is our wedding anniversary! Married 38 years and together 45 years. You are such an inspiration! I have finished off the year, (which it is also my birthday), getting up early to complete my 25 day x 108 SN challenge. It has taken much self discipline, determination and procrastination to get here; but it is with much gratitude to you Anita that I have achieved this accomplishment. I saw the video where you did the 30 day challenge and thought I would give it a go for October. I started out on my own, until I found this video which is perfect. I love the pacing, and I especially appreciate you keeping count and track of left and right, (which I discovered is the hardest part!). Hello Anita.. Was facing great level of difficulty in terms of focusing.. Had really bad temper.. I m following this video since Nov 22 with 5 Suryanamaskar a day... And let me tell u.. It changed my life...Had a ball in WFH for 2 years.. Was eating like der is no tomorrow.. Became 75 Kg .. Since Nov 21 trying to Suryanamaskar with u.. LOST 10 kg so far.. Now had manage to do 50 Suryanamaskar a day.. Wan become 50 KG as per my BMI till my Birthday i.e. by 09-Sep.. Following this routine religiously.. Will update comment by sep'22 to give u an update.. I still need to work on my form but wow from some one who has only done beginner yoga I didn’t expect to be able to do all 108 but as I’m doing following along, I realise I’m already half way and then suddenly there’s only 20 left! After one year I came across this video and started doing Surya Namaskar along with Yoga on 17th Mar'24 and today, 27th Apr'24, I finally did my first 108 SN. I have been doing 21 rounds i.e 42 suryanamaskars since 10 days and I have lost half an inch from my arms and half an inch from my stomach.. also my body feels much more toned so thank you so much for putting up such a great video :)
I am so grateful to you Ankita! I had watched your video where you explained why and how you did 108 Suryanamaskars for 30 days and I was super inspired! Therefore I decided to start my journey of achieving 108 Suryanamaskars too, following your advice-video on proper form and timetable of Art Of Living to gradually get to 108th round during the whole previous month of October. I faced some difficulties too as I had sprained my ankle few years back, which pain to my surprise had reappeared, maybe because I was in a haste and not keeping the apt form in each exercise (note: quality over quantity guys!). Anyhow I slowly tried to better my form while increasing the number of rounds every other day or so (I literally began my journey with 4 sets, i.e. 8 rounds on Day-1) and finally I was able to complete my first ever 108 rounds yesterday! Just to make sure that it wasn’t only a day’s-luck I could repeat the same routine today and I am elated!!! Thanks for doing these Suryanamaskars and all your informational videos!! You are truly an inspiration!!

I tried 108 on my first day, I only did 65. Afterwards I felt pain in my entire body and got sick 😢. Now today I started again but took small steps in order to achieve 108. Thanks for motivating us... hope so I will do 108 by this month 🤞
I somehow stumbled upon this and honestly I love it, I just did 9 rounds and it such a nice stretch for the body I’m going to try and do atleast 25 and build my way up gradually

Today is my 25th birthday and I completed 25 round of Surya namaskar. I don't do it everyday but I wanted to incorporate it in my daily routine. So I thought why not today. 😂I tried to follow your previous video but that is too fast for me. So I switched to this. Thanks for creating these videos.😊
I did it. I've been working on it for months, with injuries and moving to another country in the middle, but I did it. When I first started, I was out of breath after 10 sets (I am NOT a beginner but was recovering from a series of illnesses and injuries.) I was at 70 when I knew I was going to finish.
Aaand I just did my first 108 Surya Namaskaras! This video and your instructions are easy to follow and get into a rhythm. Thanks again for. this and all your other videos Anita. I appreciate the hard work you've put into them.

You are the best "influencer" I've seen so far!! I was wondering if it is still beneficial for weight loss splitting them up. I usually do 50 but sometimes I might have to split it up. I love doing them, I get so into the breathing and it feels so relaxing!!

Hi Anita, Thanks for this video. I now do 54 SN 4 days a week, 108 one day a week (usually Saturday) and chill for 2 days. I have been doing this since October 2021. While I don't see any weight loss as such, I find myself becoming more flexible and don't suffer from backache if I have to do some extra house work etc. One best thing about your video is that, don't get me wrong ... Your body looks realistic. All other videos I had seen earlier, including one by Shilpa Shetty makes one believe that you have to be size 0 to be able to do SN properly. The way some videos explain about the perfect posture made me feel I can never do it. When I saw you, who has a body like mine ... I felt if you can do it, even I can. Thank you so much for this. Hi Usha I do 150 SN but I didn't loose much weight. May be couple of pound. I'm disappointed. Last 4 months I am doing this workout. I don't know what I can do it to loose 20 pounds.

The pace was fast for me and trying to remember to do the alternating legs what’s tougher than I thought it’d be. I made it to 12. Lol. AND, I’m trying again tomorrow morning. I practice yoga on a regular basis so I attempted the full 108 my first go and my goodness..by the end of it the fire I felt in my body was unreal. I was so sweaty, even a little misty eyed, along with having a runny nose...but to lay on the ground after and feel my chest thump against the earth as a wave of accomplishment and calmness washed over me made it SO WORTH IT.

I did about 55-80 surya namaskars varying daily for about 20 days and with a balanced diet , I reduced from 63 kgs to 60 kgs . Doing this really helps in burning the fat and gives you a glow .

Oh my gosh! I just finished 108 Surya Namaskars with you!!! And it wasn't pretty. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years off and on. And I know the transformative power of 108. What an amazing journey. I went through so many changes: I started to really sweat around 60, then at 80 I burst into tears spontaneously, it wasn't util 90 that I could even match your breathing pattern. Then at the end, I sobbed just thinkig about falling to my knees then my belly only to rise again in triumph. I did that 108 times, but we do it many times in life where we fall down and must pick ourselves back up. I felt such compassion and grace for my humanity. It overwhelmed me. Thank you for offering this. I loved practicing with you. It absolutely added value to my life. Namaste!

I'm happy to say that today was my first day and I managed to do all the 108 rounds with you. My wrists hurt and my arms feel sluggish lol but I'm doing good. I just have an issue with my flexibility as I'm not as flexible as you when bringing my legs back between my hands. They are like 20 cm back. I hope this will improve later on.

It's my day 2 and this time I followed this video. I was able to complete 108 SN without any break. I just followed the video and experienced an amazing synchronicity between my breathing and body movements. It was very calming. Also after the last shavasan my body was back to normal state.. Just to update on the status of above. I practised 108 Surya namaskar for 2 months dedicatedly. And i was succesful in loosing 5 kg ☺️. I went from 69.99kg to 65kg. There is also a Facebook group related to this activity, all inspiring people in that group makes you stick to the goal. M Happy that i did it.

I saw you one video inspiring to do suryanamskar, after that I am following your 108 suryanamskar in 48 min video,
First days I was able to do 70 because from pandemic I have started with 15 and then 30 and after some of the days it's discontinued and started walking, but when I started again only four days took for 108 .
Initially 15 days I was getting very difficult after 80 suryanamskar and anyhow I was reaching to 108, but after a month I do it very smoothly,
And it's a fact that amazing body shape changes observed.
And results we can judged by comparing any other exercises with suryanamskar in 48 min, sweating makes you completely wet like you somebody pour water on clothes, and while getting relaxed at end frome head you will feel like heated water is running out of head.
I blessed that I got your video on you tube which inspired me to start gain suryanamskar.

Yeayy!! I am so glad that I've been doing this routine for a month now (on and off). The first day, I was only able to do 25 rounds. Then, I added up gradually each week. I love the pacing, and I especially appreciate you keeping count and track of left and right, (which I discovered is the hardest part!). Hello Anita.. Was facing great level of difficulty in terms of focusing.. Had really bad temper.. I m following this video since Nov 22 with 5 Suryanamaskar a day... And let me tell u.. It changed my life...Had a ball in WFH for 2 years.. Was eating like der is no tomorrow.. Became 75 Kg .. Since Nov 21 trying to Suryanamaskar with u..

I am so grateful to you Ankita! I had watched your video where you explained why and how you did 108 Suryanamaskars for 30 days and I was super inspired! Therefore I decided to start my journey of achieving 108 Suryanamaskars too, following your advice-video on proper form and timetable of Art Of Living to gradually get to 108th round during the whole previous month of October. I faced some difficulties too as I had sprained my ankle few years back, which pain to my surprise had reappeared, maybe because I was in a haste and not keeping the apt form in each exercise (note: quality over quantity guys!). Anyhow I slowly tried to better my form while increasing the number of rounds every other day or so (I literally began my journey with 4 sets, i.e. 8 rounds on Day-1) and finally I was able to complete my first ever 108 rounds yesterday! Just to make sure that it wasn’t only a day’s-luck I could repeat the same routine today and I am elated!!! Thanks for doing these Suryanamaskars and all your informational videos!! You are truly an inspiration!!

I did it. I've been working on it for months, with injuries and moving to another country in the middle, but I did it. When I first started, I was out of breath after 10 sets (I am NOT a beginner but was recovering from a series of illnesses and injuries.) I was at 70 when I knew I was going to finish.

Hi Anita, Thanks for this video. I now do 54 SN 4 days a week, 108 one day a week (usually Saturday) and chill for 2 days. I have been doing this since October 2021. While I don't see any weight loss as such, I find myself becoming more flexible and don't suffer from backache if I have to do some extra house work etc. One best thing about your video is that, don't get me wrong ... Your body looks realistic. All other videos I had seen earlier, including one by Shilpa Shetty makes one believe that you have to be size 0 to be able to do SN properly. The way some videos explain about the perfect posture made me feel I can never do it. When I saw you, who has a body like mine ... I felt if you can do it, even I can. Thank you so much for this.
