You're the first to mention that little move buddy pulled..... Obviously, I saw it coming a mile away so I turned around and started walking away from those tyrants the second, "Let me show you something," turned into deputies flooding out of their Bingo room.
Policy is NOT law. If POLICY goes against the constitution, then the policy is unenforceable and it needs to be reviewed and changed. Your policy is for your convenience, but it's not law.

Really? Ok. Watch my latest video. It's my first hearing with the 7th judge on my case. If you don't change your mind, we will discuss getting my head checked. If you do change your mind, then all I ask is that you support my cause with a statement of affirmation to show you do understand what I'm up against, and it's not so simple as a 4 minute encounter with deputies enforcing unlawful judicial practices at the family court which is not so easily discernable. Did you read the video description to understand the context behind why I was standing my ground against those deputies? It wasn't for clicks or views.
BlackDiamond1967, ouch! That's tough to hear, but I appreciate the honesty. If you're willing to give it another shot, my latest video at ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html might just change your mind. It's got even more eyebrow-raising moments. Lol.... 😆 I'm saying.... people are wild, saying they see why I got a restraining order. I have 2 children. They deserve a father. They dont give a shit about how others perceive me. They love me and want to be with me, and that's it.
You're attitude says it all. Obviously you are intelligent . You know the law. As you should. That being said, I have a very good hunch that you truly miss being a Marine. Because of the structure. You knew what you had to do. You had a job. I'm willing to gamble you are unemployed, and have quit/been fired from every job you have attained since departing from the military. You struggle mightily at adapting to regular society. I sense a tremendous amount of fear, and inner self loathing. This attitude/ self worthlessness is ultimately what cost yourself your friends, and you're relationship with the woman that no longer wants you. You now use you're knowledge on the law to establish the upper hand when confronted with even the most minor of inconvenience. You are strong physically, but severely fragile mentally. I suspect you push your military discount WHEREVER you go, irregardless of how inappropriate it may be. You are a sinner. Lost. Not a man of God. Repent your sins. Fix yourself from within. Love thy enemy. I'll pray for you

I have practice law for years, it looked to me like the police were just trying to separate you from the other party, who had an active protection/restraint order against you
They weren't there. There's no law that grants petitioners the right to enter a courtroom first. I was early. She was late. So i ended up entering even later than her and was therefore not given the time necessary to set up my laptop and tablet as the courthouse instructional video said to do. I'm not sure where you came up with the idea that Petitioners are assumed honest and Respondents assumed guilty. This is USA. Where did you practice law?
@@4_The_Record Buddy, I didn’t say any of that at all. In Pennsylvania, where there is an active protection Order, neither party can have contact with each other until there is a hearing on the matter. This means you can’t call, write, email or talk to the petitioner until there is a hearing. I never said there was a law that grants a petitioner the right to enter a courtroom first. There is no such law. The Court should’ve given you adequate time to present your response, but the video uploaded made no mention of that
@googz21 I agree with you 100% seems like this guy filming was there to start a bigger problem. If you have a restraining order against you, you can not be near the other party. I’m an Englishmen in England commenting. I have to say while I admire your military and personnel, I think this young man has an attitude and I admired the way your Police dealt with him.
Cheers for the comment and the respect for the military. Attitude can certainly color a situation, and it's interesting to see how different cultures perceive authority and civility. It's all about finding that balance, isn't it? Out of curiosity, how do you think the scenario might have played out in England?
If you lived in the US you would know the unanimous culture of Police in the States is to abuse the right of the people, to harass and abuse their own power. They all (with very few exceptions) walk and communicate as if they are a evil dictators. They are supposed to be out public servants but all they do is try to incriminate anyone they can at any point. They constantly break laws right in front of the public with no repercussions. They act as if we are all guilty until proven innocent. The other day I was walking home past a Walmart and some nice cops stopped me. Sure they were nice but while they stopped me, they took all my info, made me sit on the ground, ended up putting me in handcuffs because they didn’t like my “story”. I was literally ready to go to jail because the truth is we do not have right here. We have the illusion of rights as long as we bend to their every whim. There are some great people out there working as cops but unfortunately the SOPs that they are required to use are entirely unconstitutional and borderline crimes against humanity.
You would not often get this situation in England as we don’t bang on about rights and constitutions, most people just want to get through situations quickly without being cry babies. When you do find people being antagonistic, it’s usually because they are guilty of something or just have no respect. I can’t imagine a British soldier behaving in this manor in a situation like this, then posting it online as if it’s a win.

Rule 1; Dont ever walk into a confrontation without a lawyer! Rule 2: dont even try to convince irrational people of their flawed thinking. Rule 3: Begin with Rule 1.
Had a lawyer. They were sucking me dry doing very little. I will keep fighting. I will have my rights! I fought for them personally and will not be intimidated, bullied, or oppressed. I'm fighting an uphill battle, but I will prevail.
Dont ever walk into a confrontatiom without a lawyer ? Was there one around ? Do they just appear out of thin air ? Some situations are fluid, and as America being the light of democracy the person had the right to ask questions, if they arrested him, then he should have cooperated with the rules of detention, not say anything, only your name and I.D, then ask for a Lawyer to be present while being interogated, even then, let the lawyer do the talking.
I am not familiar with American protocols, but yes, ask questions, but do not interrupt the officer. Wait for the explanation and then ask for a lawyer to be present. Not a foolproof answer but a guideline. Too many people try to debate with the officer to resolve the issue in the here and now and that is the incorrect procedure. The only recourse is to go to the next step and get the lawyer or public aid official. @@TALINGLIZA
That may be true, actually. But they certainly took the walk of shame at the end and should regret it. They regretted it when their buddies in the back room there made fun of them for getting punked!
I guess we’re supposed to give the guy a high five, yet, I find it difficult to do so. If my children spoke to me like he is to those officers, I’m pretty sure I’d loose my patience as well.
You are comparing apple and potato chips. Your relationship with your children is one type, the man being told what do by deputies in a completely different type.
@@leef_me8112 It's very telling that OP sees the Government as a father figure to follow blindly and with un-earned respect. Exactly like the current regime intends.
Patience is indeed a virtue, especially in heated moments. It's all about maintaining respect on both sides-something we can all work on. Thanks for your perspective!

Agreed! Thank you, thank you. 😊 I appreciate your kind words and support. Stand your ground, remain calm and respectful, and record everything. And you are correct. They scattered like roaches after that!!!
I, too, appreciate this man standing his ground. But calling these men "tyrants" is a little silly. They did nothing that was "tyrannical" (which carries the idea of exercising power in a cruel, savage or barbaric manner). This was not the case here. They did nothing "cruel" or "barbaric." A little pushy? Yes. But nothing that would define them as "tyrants." Let's not use inaccurate words that might weaken the main point that this man intelligently stood his ground and demanding his rights be observed - and won.
*Five things:* *1: he was pouty that he had to go in that small room.* *2: if the victim would have come in to check in he would be in violation of the restraining order.* *3: if that same cop arrested him for violating the restraining order he would immediately become the victim. "Wull wull how am I supposed to come to court without violating it? You guys must not want me to be here so I guess I can leave right?"* *4: There's no pleasing people like this and that's the point. They're bored and miserable so they entertain themselves by trying to make others as miserable as they are.* *5: as others have said there's a reason this guy has a restraining order on him.*

Good choice because as a father of two kids that went through something similar, I would give hin 100% support that there was no need for the restraining order and then they turned that into a protective order. @metalmike570 It sounds like you've walked a tough road yourself, and your perspective on the impact of restraining orders reflects a reality many don't see. The balance between protection and justice is delicate and often mishandled.
Why does this Marine have a restraining order on him? If he's a danger to someone that may be entering the facility, the cops are right to ask him to wait in the room for respondents. If he attacked the complainant in the courthouse, everyone would be asking why the cops allowed him to be roaming the halls?
Thanks for your questions and concerns. I have a Stay Away order because of false DV allegations. Women can simply utter the words, and it's an uphill battle for fathers after that. Be careful not to take that bait. I don't want that to happen to anyone else. Im standing up for all of US. I'm tired of the corruption in our country
Reguardless of your innocence or guilt, there is an order in effect and it does not seem unreasonable that you be asked to comply even (especially) in a court house. Have your day in court, hope you prove your case. I have been there

@bob44044, the moment of regret wasn't about retribution, but realization. When the deputies walked away, it was a silent acknowledgment that the situation could have been handled differently. They only backed off because of the camera. Just look at them. Here's another point for you: Sometimes the restraining order is approved just because a woman asks for it. Some of these women are nuts you know. And the law gives them all of the power, even when they're wrong.
To @toffeesmom0194: "Thank you for your comment. It's important to clarify that the restraining order was challenged due to a due process concern, and the judge was recused. Standard operating procedures for any LEO is that when an individual refuses to follow established policy when informed, show up in force to prevent problems. Those individuals are the ones most likely to be causing problems and too often, officers who are outnumbered, or evenly matched numerically, are subject to attack and injury. This is not done to intimidate John Q. Citizen. It is for officer safety.
@johntuohy1867 You've hit the nail on the head. It’s tough when lessons fall on deaf ears, but we press on. The courtroom saga with the new 7th judge I faced is a real eye-opener. Here's what I suspect. There are informal conventions in keeping a person who has a restraining order against him/her away from places where they may come within sight of the person who requested the order. Why? Because there are some people (perhaps many) who would not be able to restrain themselves from violating the order. It's a safety thing.
Is there a rule that says that the Petitioner has the right to enter the courtroom before the Respondent..... even if the Petitioner is late? The courthouse instructional video said to come early to ensure that laptops and tablets work properly with the new courtroom technology system. That's why i arrived an hour early. Being forced into a wife beater room and made to wait until after the Petitioner entered even though she was late is unconstitutional. Then when I entered even "later" since i had to come in second, the judge gave me no time to prepare my maltop and tablet as it was "time to proceed". And somehowc you're good with that. You just don't want ti hear any bitching? Is that correct?
@@4_The_Record All I said is that there are probably informal safety conventions that make sense. Whether or not they are applied fairly (or at all) is a completely different question.

It takes a real leader to calm situations like this down. Non-leaders always want gang pile someone and force their will in the face of facts negating their stance.
I can't wait to see the real leaders join law enforcement. Seems to me there is very little leadership among law enforcement officers, but a great deal of ignorance and recklessness.

@cyberneticqualanaut7207, the video in question captures an encounter at a courthouse involving the individual filming and law enforcement. That last guy was a good one. He recognized that they purpose of their procedure is just to keep the restraining order people separated from those who have a restraining order on them, and didn’t get caught up in enforcing their own rules out of ego.
What ego are you talking about? The egotistical twit who wouldn't follow the court rule? The officers acted with restraint when the twit refused to comply .
Last guy good because he from Middle East , look carefully at his face and beard style , he or or Armenian 🇦🇲 , Arab 🇦🇪/🇮🇶/🇵🇸/🇸🇦/🇸🇾 , Iranian 🇮🇷 ☝and all others looks like KKK 🤬
The discussion of ego refers to ensuring that actions by those in positions of authority are motivated by the right reasons - safety and order - rather than personal power. It's important to consider all sides of an incident to understand the full context. You would think so but your wrong. In NH it has to be a boyfriend/girlfriend or Ex in a romantic relationship. Some guy that went out with a lady I started dating, broke into my house while I was trying to lock the doors and trashed my house. I was unable to get a restraining order because of that.

I worked 18 years as a jailer in Montana, i witnessed a lot of heavy handed actions by many LEOs and rarely did any of the other officers who where present say anything. My observation has been that far to much of actual law enforcement is subject to the personality of the individual officer and there seems to be little if any oversight other than when they actually break a law and someone forces the issue with a lawyer.
Agreed. 17 years LE, me. It's the Same in Australia, misconduct after misconduct inquiry. Basically they make it up as they go along .... Until they get pulled up!

Why wouldn't the cops show him the rule? Why didn't they explain their explicit reasons to him why he needed to be separated into the room? Also, why did the guy have a restraining order?
@Crimsonking2006 You've hit on crucial points. Transparency and clear communication are important, especially in interactions involving law enforcement. Without the proper context, it's hard for anyone to understand the rationale behind certain actions, like being separated into a room. Regarding the restraining order, these are often complex situations, and while I can't discuss specifics, I ensure that every step I take is measured and in accordance with legal advice. For more insight into this particular situation, you might find my video informative: [ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html](ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html). You are the kind of person that would fit right into taking shit away from people like their rights . All because you think your rights are more important than anyone else’s . That’s what he’s pushing back against . People like you brown shit .
Hey! That's not close to the point. Around 2:57 they ask does someone have a restraining order against you. You answer "yes". By law you have to be distanced from that party. Who or what has the restraining order against you?
@12thstatetrucker89 Rights are not a zero-sum game; they are universal. Nobody's rights should override another's. The struggle is for equality, not dominance. That is incorrect. I was at the courthouse for that matter. You are not restrained from addressing the restraining order in frontv of your accuser. That's an absurd thought, and i didn't get arrested, did I? The restraining order resulted from the 3rd judge getting to coerce me into compliance. I was neither accused of DV, nor tried for DV, nor found guilty of DV. There is a Kids for Cash scheme where judges are receiving kickbacks for dragging innocent families through supervised visitations that are completely unnecessary and a detriment to the children involved.

@KL-tw1fp That's a valid point. It's about using discretion and considering the impact of our actions. Amen. And I am all about policing the police. “Auditing” them or whatever. But never should you be purposely trying to get them to make mistakes or lose their cool. Thank you. I had to start recording and publishing everything with Broward County Sheriff’s Deputies. They inevitably behave this way every time I interact with them, so this is just the beginning.
Where was this? Was this a nursing home? Why were all those deputies well beyond retirement? Looked more like an ad for wrinkle cream, of course the before the application!😂

How so? What did the cops do wrong? I'm critical of law enforcement, but our dude behind the camera can't really claim a victory, nor does he explain why there is a restraining order. All he does is ask for something that the cops don't provide, nor did they need to.
Agreed 💯. Not only do they need to be dismissed because of their abusive attitudes, but what about their age?? Dont you think they are way too old to be policing. Who can they protect?
Are you serious? 🧐 I asked a question ... calmly and politely. The bald deputy responded by telling me he was going to "count to 3" like I was his child. How is that not out of line? He simultaneously called for backup as soon as I asked a question and had a smug look on his ugly face. How is that not out of line? Then the little, super old deputy came out of the back room and told me to follow orders because they "said so." Then he got in my face. How is that not out of line? The bald deputy followed like 1,inch behind me with his hand ln his firearm the entire time? How is that not lit of line?

@metalmike570 You've made a keen observation. The presence of a camera can indeed alter how situations unfold, often providing a layer of accountability that might otherwise be absent. Friend, I was at the Broward County courthouse for a child custody hearing. I arrived 1 hour early and asked to be let into the courtroom to make sure my laptop and tablet were able to work properly with the new courtroom technology system. The courthouse sent an instructional video that said to arrive early and ask a deputy to let you in. I Instead, they repeatedly denied me access to the courtroom until after the Petitioner showed up. There is no law that the Petitioner gets to enter a courtroom first. She was late, so by default, i was even "later," so the judge refused to allow me time to set up my equipment, saying that it was too bad, it was time to get started. They also wanted me to wear a red badge of guilt when i was never found guilty of DV, nor even tried for DV.

I do hope you have not been done wrong as I know some men do cop it unfairly in domestic matters in the judicial system - but you're not currently helping yourself or showing you're any different to the assholes that deserve what they get from the family courts.
You must understand risk mitigation is required in these scenarios, as bad things happen every day from otherwise normal looking and acting people. You can't find those precautions and have to try and suck it up and work within them.
Again, I don't know your situation, but you behaving like you did in the video and being so triggered in these comments are in no way helping you or your mental state , they will achieve nothing positive for you, as you work through your court / domestic ordeal.
You were there by yourself , so I'm thinking you need the support of a level headed friend, family member or professional to assist you in controlling your anger , and managing your frustration and mental health so you can think clearly, be judged appropriately, and come out the other end of this OK and your kids OK ,.... It's only going to get worse for you and your kids/family if you keep going like you are or can get a lot worse if you were to loose control of your actions....
Good luck in turning this all around and bouncing back better then ever, which by the way is the best way is he best way to get back at your ex. By bouncing back and being a happier better person then you were pervious , not an aggressive asshole who's appearing to be struggling mentally and is displaying as a potential risk of acting violently or maliciously..
@aussiesurfer805
Hey man!! I appreciate the ‘’good luck”, but let’s clear the air here: Risk mitigation is one thing; dealing with a system that’s not giving you a fair shake is another. I’m not just some “angry person” losing it-I’m someone fighting a one-sided battle, where my side isn’t being heard. And that would get to anyone. I’m working on this, sure, but it’s about more than just “bouncing back”, it’s about justice and truth. Both of which are not occurring. Thanks for your advice. I appreciate it, nonetheless. Have a good one!
@@4_The_Record I hear ya mate .... but your battle is in the court not with those on the front line managing a potential risk that commonly from out of nowhere develops into a real life threatening hazard. I'm convinced scenes such as in your video, do your case no good and will only serve to frustrate you more and cause your mental health to deteriorate. It could even be used against you in the court.
I don't know anything about your case or its context, but even if I did from what I know and have seen elsewhere, I can't imagine just how incredibly tough it must be when the odds are typically well stacked against you as the male party.
As I said before, IMO, I really think you need someone by your side. A person that will remain calm, someone you trust and who has your best interests at heart to accompany you when you're doing related business outside the court (or just even commuting), and somebody who can help you manage your mental health, even if they're just an ear to listen and for you to vent with.

That's not just a statement, but simply a request for a reevaluation of the terms of separation, which includes the restraining order, and most importantly the visitation arrangement, if there is any that is in place, and there certainly should be. I'm speaking from experience I went through something similar two times. the second time there was no issues in seeing my kids (2 kids), and taking them places better known as unsupervised visitation. And then finally having overnights with me. Mr. Dean you will eventually win because you are a good speaker for yourself, and eventually you will be heard. That is the law as far as I know, but I've seen it where I couldn't speak and the judge already had his mind made up, totally one-sided just like this one.
I should have appealed but I was applying for jobs at the time and guess what if you have an open case almost nobody will hire you.

In today's society police & Correctional officers should be taught to give hugs & hand out milk & cookies. That's what society has come to now.
Standard operating procedures for any LEO is that when an individual refuses to follow established policy when informed, show up in force to prevent problems. This is not done to intimidate John Q. Citizen. It is for officer safety.

I worked 18 years as a jailer in Montana, i witnessed a lot of heavy handed actions by many LEOs and rarely did any of the other officers who where present say anything. The Sheriff's deputies instantly regretted trying to help that obnoxious trouble maker, and walked away from him.
Always film the police!
By filming, they certainly stopped escalating the situation and dispersed rather quickly.... That's for sure! Thank you for watching my videl and supporting me! 😊
@@4_The_Record Marine? He was probably dishonorably discharged for poor performance, like his acting in the vid.😂
@c.s.mcleod7383 Appreciate the feedback! Acting in the face of adversity does require a certain flair, doesn't it? Jokes aside, it's about standing up for what's right, even if it gets misinterpreted on camera. Honor can be a tough script to follow, but we stick to it, scene by scene. Thanks for watching.

Hahahaha!!! No wonder there’s a restraining order on him
user-ot1ie8mt2x, haha! But here's the plot twist: the restraining order was as unexpected as a snowstorm in Florida! For the full story of judicial twists, check out my latest video. It's more gripping than a legal thriller: ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html. See you in the comments
Haha EXACTLY!
@@4_The_RecordRestraining orders don’t just randomly appear on someone. It takes time to file one against somebody, so don’t lie and act like this happened out of nowhere.
This is not the behavior of an honorable Marine.
Thank you for your input. Please describe the behavior of an honorable U.S. Marine for me then, since I'm apparently not one.
Before you answer that, please Google me first, JAMES DEAN FIU
Your curiosity and the quest for understanding are commendable.
I can understand why someone has a restraining order on him now.
I don't understand. Can you enlighten me? Is it because I asked a question calmly and respectfully? Is it because I called them sir and gentlemen?
Let me know
You are the kind of person that would fit right into taking shit away from people like their rights .
My latest video explores a situation where rights might not have been upheld as they should: ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html
Check it out to see a detailed breakdown of the case. It’s important to keep these conversations going, and I welcome your thoughts after viewing.
Why do they feel the need to bark commands and order people around? It must be an ego thing.
Agreed! I'm guessing that's why they can't let go of their perceived power and feeling of entitlement. Their egos would be destroyed.
little dick syndrome!

I thought the last officer did an amazing job. It’s not what you say - it’s how you say it.
De-escalation is an art, and it seems the last officer had a brush with it. 'Floor rules' can be elusive, sometimes invisible to those they govern. Acknowledging his attempt to navigate the situation, and your stand for clarity, adds depth to this encounter. Every perspective offers more insight. Thanks for sharing yours.

Pro Tip: Just because you have the right to do something, like act like a jacka$$. Doesn’t mean you SHOULD do it.
@KL-tw1fp That's a valid point. It's about using discretion and considering the impact of our actions. Rights come with responsibilities, and the goal should always be constructive engagement, not just exercising rights for their own sake. It's a reminder that the way we choose to act can define the conversations we're trying to have about issues that matter. If you want to see an example of actions sparking dialogue, you might find the video thought-provoking: ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html. Amen. And I am all about policing the police. “Auditing” them or whatever. But never should you be purposely trying to get them to make mistakes or lose their cool. They are still human. 33k arrests in this country PER DAY. That’s a real stat/fact. 33K! And yet you can count on one hand the amount of “major” police misconduct incidents per year. I’ll take living in a country with that many “police problems” any day.

More of an assessment than a story.
Sometimes the restraining order is approved just because a woman asks for it.
Some of these women are nuts you know. And the law gives them all of the power, even when they're wrong.

Thank you ! Someone is finally filming the Broward sheriff punks !
@schrodingerscat8621, the setting was less 'retirement home' and more 'courthouse hallway,' though your observation about the deputies might give some skincare brands new marketing ideas! On a more serious note, if you're curious about legal wrinkles, check out my latest video featuring a judge whose actions might have you thinking we need a different kind of 'age-defying' solution: ua-cam.com/video/WOVOU_o1G2Q/v-deo.html. Let's discuss the content's fine lines over there!
All those offices needs to be DISMISSED from the police department !!!
They are a shame to the uniforms they are wearing !!
I didn't think that the deputies were out of line in how they wanted to organize the logistics.
Are you serious? 🧐
I asked a question ... calmly and politely.
@@4_The_Record I love how you like the comments that aren't even supportive of you, and then try to bully them into your way of thinking in a reply comment. This is why the restraining order exists lol. To think this nutjob was armed and defending people....
Don't you think they would have MADE him go into the room? Even to just sit and wait in there? Yes that's what was going to happen.
The camera changed the outcome..... hands on him and on video would have been wrong (if they were caught) and they knew it.
@metalmike570 You've made a keen observation. The presence of a camera can indeed alter how situations unfold, often providing a layer of accountability that might otherwise be absent. It's a reminder of the power of transparency, especially in high-tension scenarios where the actions of all parties are scrutinized. Your engagement with the content is truly appreciated and adds depth to the conversation. Thank you.
@@4_The_Record The fact is that if the police aren't being filmed they will do Whatever they want. The cop that had his knee of George Floyds neck had done that to quite a few people, dudes over the years. I saw a show about it somewhere. I believe there is a hispanic man that died as a result of it too.
You could have been tazed without that camera. I'm 90% sure of it. And remember the female officer a few years ago that thought her revolver was her tazer, RIP to her victim.
However my rule of thumb is to just do what the officer says!!
Man , as a Marine . I will respect your career choice for it is honorable . With that being said , I turned off the clip at 2: 39 because you were the one causing the disturbance and as a Marine , you should know better than to be somewhere that you are not supposed to be .
For "asking" a question ? I guess Marines "don't"have each others back..
@@markbrown7449 You know you're wrong .
I don’t think so. All I see is hate and a itch to beat someone up for no reason
I
Instead, they repeatedly denied me access to the courtroom until after the Petitioner showed up.
Thank you. I am disheartened by the other Marines disdain for veterans being railroaded by family courts. All i eber did was ask a question, calmly and respectfully. I bever raised my voice or called them names. In fact, i addressed them as sir and gentleman.
I have little faith in my Marine Brothers anymore, as sad as it is to say. There's little to no loyalty in anything anymore.

The amount of gear these guys are carrying is ridiculous. It’s like isle 5 at home depot.
@herbertwdermanjr239 Hahahaha!!!! Your comment paints quite the picture! These law enforcement officers' gear is excessive, like their behavior, and it certainly sparks conversations about the appropriate level of equipment for various situations. It's a topic that's been discussed in many contexts, reflecting on the balance between officer safety and public perception. Check out Broward County's corruot judicial system at work:

Yes, they are pushing him around, but he has a restraining order against him, when the other party comes in he will be violating the order and can be arrested. They are trying to keep from arresting him.
How do you violate a restraining order showing up to court?… it’s ridiculous… all the bs about protecting a respondent in this case is ludicrous.. if a guy or girl is surrounded by sheriffs at court for his or her constitutional right to defend his or her self then it’s not a violation…
No verbal communication permitted, screaming across the room at her violates. Just depends on her lawyer and whether the cops don't like him. @@theredknight3100
@johnr4898, ensuring that a restraining order is not violated is indeed a responsibility of law enforcement. However, it's also crucial that the approach to enforcing such orders respects the rights of all involved. The balance between enforcement and rights can be delicate. For a detailed perspective, you might want to see the entire situation in the video [here](ua-cam.com/video/j_kWBX-gej4/v-deo.html).

@johnr4898, it's crucial to be clear about the specific terms of a restraining order, as they can vary significantly.
