I would say he was rather nervous. He kept saying “I’m not trying to cause any problems” over and over which is usually what a guilty person who just wants to leave says. Also, when the cop asked if he had a gun, he said “no” and then says “no, you can search the car.” He mistakenly consented to a search trying to prove a point. If he knew his rights better that might not have happened. Unfortunate for someone to be this lost trying to look like something or have false sense of power rather than working diligently to become something.

Only those who wear uniforms everyday know how uncomfortable they are. This young psychopath needs to be watched closely. Lying, manipulating and being deceitful comes very easy for him and he obviously has an authority craving.

Our dispatch is allowed to wear PD attire, though I’m not sure why they would want to, or any LEO would want to outside of work. As long as it doesn’t say anything leading to “police” or “peace officer”. But then again, none of them have ever been stopped in a plate carrier 😂 Anyone can wear “sheriff” on a shirt. The first amendment protects you there. It just cannot elude to you being a commissioned peace officer. I’ve been in LE for about ten years and have never wanted to wear anything that signifies my role outside of work in the first place. For me having “look I’m a cop” on me without a radio or people running accountability checks on me seems incredibly dangerous.
My ex is a police officer. She was only allowed to wear her uniform when she’s off duty all need to drive to work and drive home. She was OK with that. I’ve never been a police officer. And she said the uniform and all the equipment after a long days work she looks forward to changing her clothes. We had two children at that point. I told her I don’t care about your uniform that gun belt hast to stay at the precinct. Anybody who has kids know that no matter where you put things like that the kids will find it! She agreed. Funny thing, I've worked around cops now for 20+ years and can usually spot an off duty officer a mile away. They can take the uniform off but can't turn off the room scanning/body language/etc.

no 19 is not a grown man or a kid. he's a teenager...and technically is still going through puberty until 21... but he should have enough common since at that age to know what he's doing is wrong.
I didn't see the part of the video where he said that but technically all of those things could be true. I'm not defending him because something is definitely menacing about his actions. What if his mom just moved up there, he visited before, he just happened to meet a girl and start going out with her and he's visiting again before he moves out there?
What you must understand is that many ppl misuse that action and will drive for miles while passing countless safe locations. Your definition of 'safe location' may be totally and unreasonably 'over the top'. Any good officer knows what a reasonable safe location is.
@@markstone1619 Hitting people with an evasion charge for driving to a well lit place at normal speed is a bit ridiculous though even if they do pass something that could be considered a safe place. Not really evasion when you aren't trying to get away.
@@redtra236 I never said a word about an 'evasion charge', but it's not rocket science to know when someone is being totally unreasonable and way 'over the top' in them continuing to drive to a place that ONLY 'they' feel is safe. Reasonable ppl will see that you passed 5, 8, or even a dozen or more very safe places to stop, which would then be ruled 'not reasonable'. That's how the jury system is supposed to work.
Sort of, a sheriff is an elected official whose main duty is to ensure the law is upheld within a certain county. They can also appoint deputies to assist with their duties. Police officers ensure the law is upheld within a city. Both are law enforcement, the biggest difference is essentiallyjust their jurisdiction.

Might just be a 19yo kid who longs to be important and have authority. people's brains tend to drift off into the worst fantasies here.
@@masaokakihara9316 Data isn't fantasy.
Remember guys: He's not from here, he's from Tennessee, he's not here to cause a problem/trouble, his mom lives in an apartment, he's tired ... am I forgetting something? Oh yes, he's from Tennessee. Hope you guys caught all that.
Also what is an RP?
Cop: reporting party
Kid: oh I didn’t know
Cop: that’s because you’re not law enforcement 😂😂😂😂😂
😂Also the alcohol is his girlfriends. She bought it. It’s not his.
😂😂😂
Ty. Saved me 58 mins from sitting doing nothing 👍
Karen alert Karen alert
If he’s playing cop, he already planned how to “deep hide” the gun. They weren’t thorough for “on the scene” searching.
Kudos to the eye-witnesses that showed up.
Spoiled brat: I need water, NOW!
Cop: Well, this isn't the Hilton.
I'm dead 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The two sets of handcuffs are really frightening. This guy is going to do this again and probably escalate to fake arresting and handcuffing someone. Put this kid on a list because he's going to continue doing this.
Scary isn't it
WHO bought this gear? It's not cheap costume store cosplay gear. Some adult knows he has and wears this stuff.
Crazy 3 sets, of handcuffs maybe even more 8:08
More like fake tickets and want to forget this happen pay a fee right than and there kinda thing
@@mrshadow8096 Absolutely he'd definitely write fake tickets and a payoff to not get the ticket 😂
Good call by the concerned citizen. This could've been a dangerous situation.
Right something just didn’t look right
Where’s the gun he saw?
You know for a kid who apparently worked in a jail he knows very little about the booking and jail process
What job could you have at a jail and not be familiar with the booking and bonding process? Most people know you are only in jail for 24 hrs at most until getting bonded out. Unless you cant afford bail or have no bond.
Even if he had a pay stub I wouldn't be surprised if he was a janitor or some kind of manual labor.
There is no way you wouldnt have some kind of card/ID while working at a prison.
I think what he meant to say is “I drive by the jail”, not “I work at the jail” 😂😂🫶🏻
Pretty sure he mows the grass.
Why not look in trunk of his car
They did.
