I spent almost two years impersonating a sheriff, 1 carried a gun and a badge, tracked suspects and investigated many crimes. I never had any issues from the police and the community was nothing but happy when they saw me.

No normal person does this. He's doing this in daylight too, unafraid of getting caught. He's oblivious to anything other than the kick he gets from impersonating an officer and people's reactions to him and what they might say or do in a stressful situation. Or what they would be willing to go along with to get out of it, that's the true reason behind this creep's actions. Ted Bundy was also very calm, convincing and confident when he targeted his victims and look what he truly was. Better keep an eye on this guy from here on out, he's not normal, something is off.

I would say he was rather nervous. He kept saying “I’m not trying to cause any problems” over and over which is usually what a guilty person who just wants to leave says. Also, when the cop asked if he had a gun, he said “no” and then says “no, you can search the car.” He mistakenly consented to a search trying to prove a point. If he knew his rights better that might not have happened. Unfortunate for someone to be this lost trying to look like something or have false sense of power rather than working diligently to become something.
