How to make Chinese style Pork and Cucumber stir-fry

  • This is a recipe for wok-fried pork and cucumber.
    It is easy to make and recommended on a hot day when you have no appetite.
    ■Ingredients (for 2 persons)
    2 cucumbers
    200-300g pork
    Shimeji mushrooms, as needed
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sake
    4 teaspoons potato starch
    A pinch of sesame oil
    [Seasoning]
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sake
    2 teaspoons chicken broth
    1 teaspoon sugar
    ■Directions
    1) Cut cucumber in half lengthwise into 1 cm diagonal slices. 2) In a plastic bag, add pork, soy sauce and sake, cut into bite-size pieces.
    2) Put the pork, soy sauce and sake into a plastic bag and cover with potato starch. 3) Put oil in a frying pan and fry the pork until it is browned.
    3) Add oil to the pan, fry the pork until it changes color, add the shimeji mushrooms and fry, when cooked, add the cucumber and fry briefly, add the seasonings, and finally pour sesame oil.
