I’m basically broke, so Davinci is already the best option. Plus as I’m talking to film and videography mentors, they are saying that Davinci is the best option.
Which their products are very expensive which is honestly fair being its kinda meant more for professionals to fit their everyday needs for editing and everything
I can't wait for it to become industry standard, the collaboration functions are great. The simplicity is what I enjoy over premiere pro, they both have pros.
@@cursorjustvanished not exactly… and not yet! Cinema4D and Maya are still the industry standard I’m afraid. But with Blenders’ many features, and HUGE internet presence; I’m sure it’ll be the next gen standard 👍
@@cursorjustvanished thats probably because maya is ONLY used by professionals in large companies. its extremely expensive, on a whole another level than adobe premiere.
In my personal experience, resolve still has a lot of bugs and crashes on me often, but not quite as much as premier pro, and all the other pros keep me on resolve.
This is so true. Even if you're using Final Cut, Davinci is still a better step forward with all of it's tools and customization. I finally decided to switch this year because of a job and could not be happier that I did
Bit nodes are not hard just think of it as layes but just basically a wire connecting to it also you can think of how we parent something in after effects... i learned all about nodes in just one week 😅i guess its more easy than after effects although i have AE Pr and davinchi all three😅 for editing
Which is why davinci is better than normal video editing software because nodes will be always better than layer based video editing softwares as for 3D softwares.
In my last 6 years of using premiere it’s crashed twice I think lmao, I’m trying to give daVinci a chance but it’s so difficult. I’m gonna keep trying and give it a week maybe and it seems alright for workflow and film making, like actual film, but it feels out of reach with the skill gap towards UA-cam videos
Eeek I've had about 2 crashes using Premiere for the past year (Also it helps having auto save if you're worried!), and this is using dynamic links for after Effects and Photoshop. If I was solemnly editing videos deffo Davinci but cause I gotta work with graphics and VFX it's Prem all the way. Just cause of the flexibility between the adobe software!
Its not always true that one for all software will be better than multiple. I like comping in nuke rather than fusion inside resolve. Likewise someone with a bit of experience in sound mixing would prefer their own softwares.
i also love davinci resolve but the huge problem i am facing is export settings i can't get a good quality video can you make a video about export setting which should for beginners and detailed plsssss
100% agree. I used Premiere on Mac and PC for 8 years, every new version brought more stability issues. It was not good for someone that edits for a living EVERY day. Davinci is really awesome, stable, and no need to round trip to other programs.
First I used PP, then I switched to DVR and then again switched to PP due to node issue… but when I switched to PP I feel its a toy. DVR is much powerful than PP. Now I upgraded studio version.
Davinci resolve crashed on me so many times I couldn’t do a Time lapses video and used a Filmora instead and it way smoother and simpler and didn’t crash on me and Davinci resolve requires certain specs to run properly. If you got in iffy pc good luck
I have a ten year old mac, but outdated as it is, it can still run Davinci and it’s only crashed once or twice. I’m not sure if that’s a win for apple or davinci resolve, but either way I’m not sure what specs you’re talking about.
Your saying you have an iffy pc! It obviously won’t work fast! It’s meant to work on a high powered machine! Filmora, which ive used for years, only needs 8 gigs of ram
If it's crasing too many times, you either have outdated drivers or your computer is under powered for Resolve. I've been using it for 3 years and it only crashed on me less than 5 times while working on professional projects.
I guess I'm in the minority, because Davinci crashed on me the entire time I used it. Now, this was about 4 years ago, and beta, so that probably effected the performance.
I guess I just had a rare bad experience with Davinci resolve Because it What is constantly crashing, Not sure if it’s just my PC or what The premiere pro doesn’t crash as much for, me So I guess it’s just more of a preference thing
The price is the ultimate winner, but premiere has gotten way better at doing everything without leaving premiere and it's AI for things like color grading and sound design makes things way easier. Not to mention lots of 3rd party support for Plugins graphics, you have it. Again, the price is the winner, but premiere is easier to use, plus way more tutorials. God bless Mr Alex Tech, Casey Ferris, Patrick Stirling,BMD, and others for helping us learn Resolve. In the long run, it's a better solution.
hahahahaa. Davinci is limiting? I used to work for years on adobe and for 4 years on DR and navere ever back to PP. I think you just don't know the all function and featchers of davinci if you say that baceuse working on timeline is so more comfortable on DR :)
Here’s why i think premiere pro better than davinci resolve 1. You get the cracked version easily eveywhere 2. Davinci resolve is very choppy and laggy even if u set playback to lowest quality in low end pc or laptops 3. Premiere pro cracked provides all the features anyone would require for editing and its fast compared to davinci I have a potato laptop and i edit all my videos, gaming edits, my mom’s youtube channel edits etc with premiere pro without any problem
1. Why to crack Davinci when it's free? 2. Davinci laggy? hahahaha. Actually DR works smoother than premiere because DR is GPU based not CPU like Premiere. But I think you tested free version of Davinci without GPU acceleration on decoding so try studio version and come back here :)
@@spicymusicpiano who said i bought davinci crack? I downloaded the free version from official website itself. And it only works in good pcs and laptops unlike premiere pro or after effects which is suitable for potato laptops also🥲
@@spicymusicpiano i tried the gpu acceleration and setting playback quality to minimum and also applying proxies as the tutorials showed for laggy issues but still nothing solved🥲 so i switched back to premiere pro and AE and couldnt be more grateful
