1 easy vegetable frittata recipe (no oven) 310 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 egg
2 white eggs
1 tsp tomato paste
4 oz fat free ricotta cheesse or low fat cottage cheese (112g)
salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 medium red bell pepper (60g)
1/2 medium red onion (57g)
3 oz broccoli florets (85g)
1 tsp olive oil

@@TheSeriousfitness and that takes some time, like she said. You purposely said it was a dish to make when you don't have time. It was not what I call a quick, timesaving dish.
@@TheSeriousfitness Even if I have the ingredients ready to go it still takes time to make. I would guess around 10 min for the boiling/sauteeing/frying. If I have 10 minutes to make something in the morning I can make hundreds of recipes that are just as healthy or healthier. Just call it a healthy high-protein breakfast idea and don't pretend it'll work for people in a hurry.
If you want to post a recipe for when people have no time, try something that will store in the fridge or freezer well that they can make ahead of time. Something that can either be eaten straight away or be thrown in the microwave for a couple minutes (and that still tastes good).

Preparing all these ingredients, boiling and frying takes AT LEAST 30 minutes if not more (not even counting the washing). Definitely not something to do if you lack time

Dude, when a video showing only the prep takes 6 mins, this is not gonna be something to make when you have "no time". "No time" means grab a banana and peel it while you're driving to work, srsly...
