I am having the same issue with my Team Wendy 3.0 rails and the Unity Mark 2.0 on the Howards. You can’t mount the Unity adapters on the top rail slot, it has to he the bottom. I have the same issue, it’s a bummer

You can actually mount them on the top rail if you get some of the back sliding plates and screws that slide into the rails. They will fit in the screw holes of the Mark 2.0mounts. I have mine mounted on the top rail of my TW 2.0 rail bump helmet. I don’t have the issue with the metal poking me in the face
