Thank you for doing this yoga for left thorax right lumbar curve, which mine is. One bonus of isolating for 2 years throughout the pandemic is that I began doing yoga consistently and have felt much stronger and less pain in my back. I just recently found your yoga specifically for scoliosis and yours is now my 'go to practice'. Thank you!!
I’m 17 years I have 45 degree scoliosis It’s been 6 years since I knew I had scoliosis I’m kind off feeling down because it’s not getting better ☹️😔 .... but now I saw saw your channel and I will practice harder
I’m not sure what type of scoliosis I have. I had an X-ray as a kid but that was so long ago. My muscles on my left side of the back are bigger than in the right and I often tend to lean to the left. My right leg appears longer but I think that might be because of my hip imbalance. I often get back ache after working.
Thank you so much. Liked and subscribed. This is exactly the scoliosis that I have. also, when would be the best time to perform these exercises? Before bed or morning or anytime time?
great question. The bolster side very much depends on your proportions. I have quite a long torso so this kind of bolster (standard yoga bolster) works for me. I would try a rolled up blanket first so you can experiment with the size
hey, I have a left thoracolumbar curve(19 degree) and a right thoracic curve just as the same of yours.should i do these series of exercises(yoga for s shape) or yoga for right thoracic curve? and i have so much pain in my upper and mid back inspite of mild curve(19 degree). any advices help with my pain? it's killing me!
I am having left thoracic and right lumber kyphoscoliosis with s curve 50 degrees and 30 degrees I am 15 years old and so much depressed bcz i have heard that i can't reverse my scoliosis bcz growth stops at 15 Can yoga reverse scoliosis as well or it just heals and relaxes your body ??? Plzz guide me #yoggaberry 😭😭
I can't tell you if this specific video will help you without know more! It's really important at your age though to set good foundations for good posture in the longterm! Upper body strength and core strength are a must!
what if I only have right lumbar curvature, but no thoracic curvature. would this video still be reccomended? is there another you recommend? Thank you so much!

That sounds like the curve is convex to the left but best to get a proper assessment. Hope you found the practice helpful.
Thanks!
My doctor said I have thoracumbular spine with a left concavity.
Is this the video for me?
This is more for s curves. I would have to see to recommend anything specific for you.

that depends on your preference! I like a morning practice to get my body moving and an evening practice to wind down and release muscle tension!
what are the dimensions of the bolster and the blocks you use Should the bolster be firm
