Dear one and only Christina, what you wrote in the email I read today gave me so much morale, thank you very much. I'm glad to have you... even your single word woke me up 😘. Sometimes, a single word, a single sentence can be good and motivating for a person, right, so why not a single pose? Maybe that pose is worth the world for that day, right? Even one pose is enough, don't talk negatively to yourself.
Thank you so much for sharing that! So important to check in with ourselves and observe the way we talk to ourselves. Absolutely, it's enough (especially if that one pose is Savasana) and you are enough 😀
hey, I have a left thoracolumbar curve(19 degree) and a right thoracic curve just as the same of yours.should i do these series of exercises(yoga for s shape) or yoga for right thoracic curve? and i have so much pain in my upper and mid back inspite of mild curve(19 degree). any advices help with my pain? it's killing me!
I have a question: when I was diagnosed with ‘severe scoliosis’ they told me I had a backward ‘S’. This was twenty years ago and I don’t remember if the x-ray was taken from the back or front. Is there a protocol of whether the image is taken from the back or front, because I would like to know which way my spine curves.
It will say it on the xray! Most curves are right thoracic left lumbar (which is a backward s). The curves are always named by their convexity looking from the back! Hope this helps 😀
I tried starting off on my knees in the first position it I found the front of my ankles really painful in both feet. I have also been diagnosed with tendinitis there but I’m wondering if anybody else experienced this?

you could roll up a blanket and bring it underneath the front of the ankles!
