Back in 2021 I got the Sole F80 and got frustrated with that one, always having to play with adjusting the belt or lubricating it cause it always felt like it was slipping or sticking. At a lower speed it made an annoying noise. I just cut it up and threw it away. I'm going with a manual treadmill this time for sure- thanks for the reviews.
one last question: what about the heart rate zones? If I run at 5:30 per kilometer in ZONE 2 according to Garmin watches, will it be affected by the extra effort done on the curved treadmill? Will I jump up to ZONE 3 at that pace? and finally, as a runner, what do you prefer for long distance daily training, Motorized or Curved?
Does anyone know the difference between the Assaultrunner Pro model and the Assault Airrunner model, which wasn't mentioned? I think they might be the same, except the Airrunner is sold by Rogue. I could be wrong about that.

Thanks for watching! It is true of all of these curved treadmills. They are designed to help promote proper running form and improve walking gate. However, with TrueForm having the lowest amount of curve and the user having to work harder to get the belt moving, it is believed that TrueForm is the best in this case. So ovee the past 10 years we have had thousands of motorised treadmills costing $2-5K. We had their manufacturers wakning over their motors, belts, screens, connectivity. Now, we have manual treadmills without those groundbreaking, powerful motors, high tech monitors, etc. but the price is still 2-5K? You just have got to be a mug to keep buying this crap.

Actually, self propelled tredmills burn more calories because you're using your body as resistance to get it moving.
