- Join me, Spence Crosby in another One Punch Man anime workout video. It's time to build a incredibly lean and muscular physique like the martial arts master Bang/Silver Fang. This anime workout routine will include 12 different bodyweight exercises that will mainly target our chest, shoulders, arms and legs. So all of those muscles to build strong physique like Bang. Each exercises will be the usual 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. I recommend to get the full benefits of this workout is to do this for 3-4 rounds and 3-5 times a week. Also combine this with my Garou workout routine.
Also known as his alias Silver Fang. He is a elderly man capping in at age 81. But he is martial arts master and creator as well as teacher of the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist style. Silver Fang was also recognized as one of the most powerful heroes of the Hero Association.
Silver Fang gives off a serious and stern personality. However, his true personality is thought to be very playful. He still is very much a calm individual. And despite this man’s old age he still very lean and muscular.
Silver Fang is an extremely powerful combatant and martial artist. He possesses immense strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance . So for todays training, we will focus on all of those attributes.
And since Silver Fang is super shredded but with a well built upper body, that being his chest, shoulders and arms. We will focus a lot on our upper body to build a physique like Silver Fang. But most importantly, build that immense strength.

11. 5 Reg To 5 Clap Push Ups
12. Mt. Climber Burpees

Oh yea. Hit your shoulders, back and chest hard. Those are his key points. This video will help a lot. But also be sure to focus on those key areas I mentioned.

It all depends on you bro. You keep training hard you will build the endurance and the physique.
