- Join in another anime workout video! Start doing this to get strong and build lean muscle. This anime workout is based on Ichigo Kurosaki from the shonen anime Bleach. This is a full body workout that can be done anywhere and with minimum equipment! If you don't have any equipment or gym then you can still do this workout. We will be doing a variety of different bodyweight, explosive and core exercises that I think Ichigo Kurosaki would do to maintain his incredible strength, speed, stamina, reflexes and overall power!
Ichigo Kurosai is the main protagonist from Bleach. Ichigo possesses incredible strength, stamina, reflexes, martial arts skill and just overall power. He is also super determined and fights hard for the ones he cares about. Ichigo is also very unique being that he is mixed with human, soul reaper, hollow and quincy. Making him a phenomenal and incredibly strong character!
So today's anime workout is inspired by Ichigo Kurosaki. All of these exercises are what I think Ichigo would do to maintain as well as improve upon his strength, speed, reflexes, stamina and above his overall power. We will do different exercises that will increase our strength, speed, explosiveness, stamina and bodyweight power. But also help us to build solid lean muscle, burn fat and become better athletes!
This anime workout is great for all levels as I have included substitutes for all exercises. We will be doing a total of 12 different exercises in which each one is 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. So, let's get to it and become like Ichigo Kurosaki! This full body workout is the Shikai level 1. Meaning that this is a start of a series of different Ichigo workouts!!!

i really enjoyed this one, especially cant wait for the other forms of ichigo. I have a question though about the substitue for the australian pill ups, what is it called and does it do the same thing as the reverse plank? But nonetheless amazing workout vid as always cant wait to become strong enough to be a soul reaper XD
Glad you enjoyed it! Yes he does the same thing as the reverse plank. It’s just lessening the load due to having your knees bent. You’re still working your rear delta, triceps, and upper back muscles. Hope this helps!
