same bro calisthenics are dope af. I quit cable and barbell extensions in favor of diamond pushups. Personally I'm loving tempo work for arms, a month ago I couldn't do 10 strict diamonds and yesterday I did 200 in sets of 15 and 20 with strict form and a slow eccentric. may arms have grown half an inch already, these are no joke
this channel is helping me so much,just proves you don't need equipment to build the body you want,the only thing you need is consistency and dedication,if you don't have those,then you can't achieve it
Ok but bodyweight only works for so long. You still need overload and the fastest way is to use weights. So unless you have objects to lift that are progressively heavier, you will still need a gym or at least weights to continue to make the muscles larger if that is your goal

Yep, bodybuilding principles are the same regardless of the tool of choice. You want big arms, then you curl and do extensions. Using your body as resistance doesn't change shiit, you still have to isolate the muscles you want to see get bigger. Compound movements are mostly for the big muscles and somewhat for smaller ones, but never optimal for the latter.

A lot of people don't have the knowledge to know that it also comes down to genetics. His arms are naturally big while his chest is not small but not as big because of his genetic make up, this guy knows how to build muscle the evidence is in the package. Truthfully he's probably been working on chest but the gains won't be that huge so to the untrained eye you won't notice it.
Genetics and persistence/desire, not roids. As far as delta/traps, either he doesn’t have the potential OR he finds it hard to hit them or doesn’t care about those areas.

Yep, bodybuilding principles are the same regardless of the tool of choice. You want big arms, then you curl and do extensions. Using your body as resistance doesn't change shiit, you still have to isolate the muscles you want to see get bigger. Compound movements are mostly for the big muscles and somewhat for smaller ones, but never optimal for the latter.

A lot of people don't have the knowledge to know that it also comes down to genetics. His arms are naturally big while his chest is not small but not as big because of his genetic make up, this guy knows how to build muscle the evidence is in the package. Truthfully he's probably been working on chest but the gains won't be that huge so to the untrained eye you won't notice it.
