This was a great video. This seems so much more involved than the other water system you have had.

Hey man when you install the drain saddle it's probably a good idea to install it on the other side of the p-trap, so you don't have sewer gases coming through.

Is that red label filter backwards because on other videos those big red balls are faced the other way but I installed it the same way you have it but it's tasting weird I drained the tank four times before drinking it

Hi. Thank you for watching the video. Sorry to hear that your water still is not tasting that good. We did have to fill up our tank two full times and drain it before we could drink from the third fill. That is the manufacturer's recommendation. As far as the alkaline filter goes, I can say is that this whole system came with the filters pre-assembled so I did not have to mess with that part and it was already plumbed the way that you see it in the video. But, I still logged onto the iSring website to confirm the direction. As far as the alkaline filter goes they state that as long as you can read the label from left to right then the inlet is on the left side and the outlet is on the right side. Therefore, this filter is installed in the correct configuration that ISpring calls out for. I hope this information helps 👍

It seems you only flushed stage 1 since both red and black hoses were on the 1st filter

My system isn’t flowing any water…. Do you happen to know what I can do?

Hi. Sorry to hear that 😕. Here's one.... possibly silly question...did you remember to turn the water valve back on once you finished connecting the system? Also, that is a 3 gallon tank. So, it will take a bit to fill the tank before it starts flowing out of the sink spout. I hope this information is helpful to you? 👍

@@YouCanDoIt2 Hey yes I have water in the system and I found out the hard way by pulling the Red hose from the filter while’s the system was on and got totally soaked but I’m not getting any water from the faucet. It’s like it some how doesn’t go passed the filters.

@@jayjoseph9304 Hi Jay. That is a real head scratcher. I'm starting to wonder if one of the filters is in backwards and not allowing the water to flow through. Most of the filters show which way the flow is supposed to go. I wonder if the manufacturer may have installed one incorrectly. You might want to start with the first filter and go from there, checking each one as you follow the tubes, making sure that they are pointed in the correct direction. If that doesn't solve the issue, you may have to call the manufacturer. I have installed a few of these and have not had any issues. I hope that you can resolve this issue. This is a very good RO system, and I have enjoyed the water that it produces.

The only down side about this system. Is so many hoses it’s hard to remplace all the filters
