Project Datsun: Tear down begins! Project 5 in Dime gets started!

- This is the first step on a long road to building a dream project car. Today we begin the tear down on our long term project Datsun 5 in Dime!
Step one is to get it down to a bare chassis and get it blasted. Then we will make a decision on what to do moving forward. Metal work etc! - Авто та транспорт

You are one of the amazing talented you tuber's that have pushed me to wanting to start my own you tube channel and my own car build it is a Mitsubishi eclipse 2000. I only have 1 video because money problems but. I want to thank you for all the amazing content you have on your channel it makes me want to get my project farther every time i see a video. Btw you also are the one making me think about doing a $1000 race car build for track racing that would be amazing!

If I come across a phillips head that won't come off and I know won't be going back on, if there's room I take the dremel with a cutoff disk and make it into a flathead Haha

Sorry dude. I've just been working and saving up a bit of cash. Winter sucks and my garage isn't insulated. UA-cam doesn't pay the bills, so I have been doing other stuff. HOWEVER I will be getting back to the swing of things very shortly! First race is a little over a month away now!
Have you ever raced a Honda Civic, seems it would be a pretty good handling machine.

What happen with Datsun project?
It's been hanging out in the race trailer. Making some moves here in the last month. Hope to start on it before the end of the year!

Thought about a 4.8 crank in a 6.0 block for a 8k rpm screamer. But I have something else in mind. Been wanting to do it for my whole life. Less than 8, more than 4cyl. Clues are dropped if you're keen to notice. Keeping it a surprise for now. 😉

tell I'm totally uneducated on your type of racing, I understand nascar street legal stock cars. Isn't motorsport road racing?
@@lostcreek163 This would be more just a street car that I can take to track days or some time trials. As of now thats the plan. I just want to build something that I think is cool and have fun with it.
