What if whoever drives the car cant fit in the seat? or you getting seat once winner is chosen? Cause even if I could make it I need a 20 inch seat.

It's to keep the cost down. No reason to spend $5,000 on a car to win $3,000. If you take the car the game is to spend the least amount as possible to win the most money. Not spend more than the next guy for a trophy. Plenty of other series or tracks that don't do this. You will see better drivers lose to people who out spent them. This keeps it cheap and is a way to actually make money racing.
