I watch this video every time I am about to write a paper. Doesn't matter if I watched it numerous times before, its part of my writing ritual I do to get me started and in the mindset of writing a paper. Does anybody else do this?

Yes, it is. However, keep in mind that your school, department, or advising committee can also have formatting requirements that are not a part of APA or even different from APA.

how about footnote, some said to put, in my recent APA where I didn't put them.
APA does not recommend the use of footnotes. There are only two rare cases in which they are used: www.bibliography.com/apa/using-footnotes-in-apa/

Do you space once or twice after a sentence?
When using a computer word processor, one space is recommended. But some professors want two. The professor is always right.
Your entire page looks so much different from mine that its confusing and frustrating. None of my ribbons or choices are where yours are located. Im REALLY struggling with my page number and header.
What if we are only doing a one-page essay?
I don't think you would use a title page. This is something you need to get instructions about from your teacher.

I think you're using an old version of Word because Word in Microsoft 365 is very different
The desktop and 360 versions are different
