Day 51! What an amazing flow!!! Wow! Cole, I'm also a cyclist. I ride about 72 miles a week on average. The days I didn't ride, I'd do yoga and jump on my mini trampoline for 45 min. Now, doing yoga , meditation everyday and all the others, my body has dramatically changed! I look amazing, I feel amazing, I have so much energy! Consistency is key. Day 116, I recommend, if you want to make dramatic changes in your life? Do yoga every morning and meditation right after yoga! Small shifts and a little commitment moves Mountains, opens new doors, brings strength, peace of mind and health! I'm incredibly grateful to myself for making this commitment! Day 52, when I started I was 5'4" after I felt taller like 5'7".......lol! Love this one tooooooooooo! You never disappoint! Been following you for 4 years. Looking forward to 4 more! Blessing to you Cole!
I get stress knots in the upper middle of my back between the shoulder blades and the spine. When we did falling triangle and reached back with our arm.... everything just released in my back and it was one of the best moments I've had doing yoga. Because my back relaxed and I probably wasn't used to that feeling and my heart was completely open while I had to use the strength in my hand and arm to support myself. Can't even explain it but it felt awesome thank you!!! It's really hard to have a breakthrough while doing a yoga video at home and not in person at a class. But you are very talented in communicating the postures to make sure people have correct form without being there to adjust them. Love Love Loved this more VInyasa flows please. I love your flowing take on some traditional poses, and the water metaphor was very helpful! I forgot where I was for a few seconds! Thank you for introducing us to rainbow warrior and using some technical terms for yoga poses! It’s helpful to learn and also allows me to focus on listening to your voice rather than watching the video. Thanks ✌🏻

it's true, routine has it's place but life has bends and drops that requires us to adapt and flow like water. I found the practice challenging but I feel it is good to break out of comfort zone every now and the. yoga as metaphor for life.

I love rainbow warrior! Feels so good to stretch the inner thighs in that twist. A note about cues: please work on cuing so that your followers don’t have to always watch you and can instead focus on your voice. I watch your videos often and can usually follow, but at times during this video you cued “Reach for the top” or “Come down to your mat” and I wasn’t sure which top to reach for (my head? The mat? Over my head?) or I’d come down to the mat and be in a different position from you and not realize it until your cues suddenly didn’t make sense for the position I was in. So please be more specific about the end poses and use their names. I will continue to practice this routine. Thank you 🙏

This flow was fluid....it felt more like dancing with my body than anything else I've done. Really enjoyed this, especially the floating cobra!
