this was awesome! youre always in the best places, the way those cows just rolled in was incredible!
Glad you enjoyed!
This was awesome! As someone who love yoga but struggles with chronic wrist pain, I'd love to see some more wrist free flows like this!
Thank you for that feedback and for your appreciation !
Hi Cole,
I discovered you on Yogatx on about 2014 and I have been yoga-ing with you ever since. I feel that you truly resonate with me, and I'm so grateful, that I found you. It has been a privilege to witness your journey, thank you.
This one has been so great. I have a sore lump (ganglion) on my wrist, and sometimes practice gets unbearably painful, and I have to stop for several weeks till it gets better. With this "easy on the wrist" one, I still can continue practising. Words can't even describe how important these yoga moments with you are for me, and I hope to see more "easy on the wrist" sequences. Thank you so much for sharing your love of yoga.
Wishing you all the best and sending you lots of love and peace,
Gerda from Finland
Thanks for sharing!
Happy to have you in the Tribe!
Cole, this is still one of my favorite morning practices. Thank you! ❤️
You're so welcome!
This was wonderful. the free flowing movement was amazing! Thanks again Cole Chance. Namaste
Glad you enjoyed it!
Another sweaty one!! I love these dancing yoga flows... my heart rate elevated and my mood completely shifted after this. Doing yoga daily really helps me manage my depression. Thank you so much for your practices, Cole!
so happy to find adorable you..thanks so much for. this delightful practice xxxx
Thanks Cole! You have such great energy!
I appreciate that! Thank you for joining me on the mat Kara!
Great option for wrist free happy yoga! Thanks!! Love!!
Glad this was supportive for you!
Cole, thanks for this wonderful practice. I love your positive energy and what a beautiful location! I have to keep my heart above my head because of an eye condition, so with a few modifications (blocks really help) your practice is a perfect way to start my day. ❤
Glad to see that it was still supportive with the modifications Marilyn!
Hi Cole. I started doing yoga in March at home during quarantine. I feel like we’re old friend since I see you nearly every day! Unfortunately, in spite of my love for yoga and your videos, I have developed terrible heartburn. I’ve read it can be from inversions, folds and twists. I love your wrist free video, but wondered if you’d consider doing one that doesn’t put pressure on the stomach. You and yoga have been the highlight of my quarantine and I can’t imagine having to quit! Thanks from the bottom of my chakras! Namaste, Stephanie.
Love love love these cool varieties and it was a nice switch from so many downward dogs everybody does
Day 39, love it!
My wrist has been bothering me for a while now. This was the perfect practice to get me flowing. Loved the sequence and love you, friend. Sending so much love and light your way.
I saw your video 4 or 5 years ago and immediately became fan of you.
I see connection, your videos are very good. Though I learnt bit of yoga in India, I love the way you take all us in flow. Excellent work. Keep up good work. Let God give you more energy to serve people.
Love and peace
Namaste maam ur awesome 👌 👏 ❤️🙏
❤️❤️❤️
What a great and challenging yoga session!
thanks Cole, loved these poses xx
Love love love, Namaste Cole 🤗
I just keep coming back to this one for a good challenge. I can feel my feet and ankles getting stronger every time. I can feel everything getting stronger! I'm not even frustrated that I can't do all of the balancing poses without falling. I'm just grateful to be here! Thank you Cole!
Great! Dancing Yoga. Thank you, Cole!
Nice flow for the morning!
Dear Cole,
I’m so happy to have found you (on yogatx) at the beginning of my yoga journey! There are no better yoga sess than the ones I do with you! Interesting, visual, and easy to follow.
Happy Holidays & Namaste!
I've done almost all your videos on your new page and this is one of my favs! Thanks Cole. You rock!!!
Wow great new flow! New moves for me to work on my balance. Gave me the energy I needed today. And no downward dog!👏 thanks always Cole💜
wonderful flow at the end of a stressful workday. Thank you so much as always
Thank you immensely for sharing this flow. Much appreciated ❤️
So glad I've stumbled upon this video! I had a surgery on my right wrist a over a year and a half ago and I never gained its full range of mobility back. I've begun to do yoga more seriously (many thanks to you and other youtube yogis :) ) and I've been having to do most of my flows on my fists. Not sure if that detracts from some poses, but it's the only way I can do it. This was an awesome alternative, especially because I feel I need to work on strengthening my legs!
Thank you, so so much. It's been a long time since I've felt inspired by someone. It's pleasure to learn from you.
I'd been avoiding balance poses, yet I love the way you approach these, how you transitioned in so sensible and artful an order, and not held too long. A good challenging, thank you!
Yes, super.... Thank you ❤️
This was cool! I liked the scenery. The cows took me by surprise thought. LOL! I enjoyed the different moves too. Thank you for sharing the world for those of us who may not get there.
Awesome! My New Year's Resolution is to do yoga daily. Some mornings, down dog and forward folds feel like a punishment!
Ya wonderful!! But I only wish I had sand between MY toes as I did this. Nice change of flow - great full-body-touch without dogs!!
Great flow. A little dizzy sometimes but came back to mountain pose. Allergy season in NM!
This was really challenging and took me out of my comfort zone in a really amazing way. Thank you for this flow! I needed this.
Hi Cole , Love this. But wishing I was in Bali. Guess your in Edinburgh. Best Shirley x
Hey. Cole I’ve just done for the 3rd time .Not as elegant as you of course. But feels great anyway.X
Just finished this practice after waking up and wondering which video I was going to do. It’s always fun to start the day with a brand new video from OYT! This practice really did bring some emotions out though - mostly frustration lol. If you may recall, I twisted my foot/ankle a good few weeks ago, and while I can do most of yoga okay, doing full sequences on my feet with a lot of balancing can really annoy my foot. My frustration isn’t necessarily AT my foot or feeling annoyance at my body...it’s feeling annoyance that the accident happened in the first place. The frustration even brings me to tears as I’m writing this....mostly because I was noticing before my accident that I was progressing really well into my regular practice and building strength and then BAM, I had to twist my foot. Now I can’t challenge myself as much as I feel ready to because my foot cramps and gets angry when I try to push myself. ~sigh~
So there is my diary entry for the day haha. Thanks for this video, and frustrations aside, this practice is just what I needed!
Chelsea I'm right there with you. I've been nursing a very injured foot for almost 2 years (a surgeon mucked it up not me) and I've struggled hard to forgive that man and go deeper into my practices. My new doc says to dig through the pain and stay positive so I've been trying really REALLY hard. I'm able to do the standing poses that take both legs but still find it very difficult for one leg poses like tree or tripod dog. But guess what? We're both getting better each day, our feet are going to get well soon, the pain isn't going to hinder us anymore and you are not alone! 😊Love and light to you yoga sister!💕
Akamai Leilani Aw thank you for sharing your story! Yes, we will pull through with love and strength!
Hello Cole Chance
I like your classes very very much but although I have subscribed I never understood the way to receive your new videos :( could you please let me know??? Thank you Namaste Kyma
YAYYYYY!!! 💕💕💕
Thanks for this new practice. I found the new poses and sequences really interesting and challenging. I was wondering if you could put the link to your new yoga tribe on here for me? I seem to have deleted your email in error. Thanks! Namaste

Thanks Cole! All signed up. I look forward to seeing new videos and connecting with others on there. Namaste from Newfoundland, Elizabeth.
For those who don't like downward dog , i think you need to try it again and again because eventually you will love it. I used to hate it because my back just used to hurt so much when i do it but suddenly and unexpectedly the pain just went away !!! ^_^
