    Embodied Recovery helps us drip down from the incessant thinking mind and enter the field of sensation alive in any moment into our body.
    A note, and not particular to this video but in general - often, after many methods of numbing or escaping our feelings, sometimes mindfulness of our somatic world can feel very challenging, or we feel not much at all.
    See if you can move slow, enter kindly, and see what’s there with a wide permission to back up and off at ANY TIME. Learning to listen IS the practice.
    So today, we’ll focus on transitioning from the constant thinking in our heads to feeling the pulsing & aliveness of the present moment. Through mindful movements and breathing exercises while staying seated, this session aims to help you reconnect with your body and the now. Explore the natural rhythms and sensations of your body and move with curiosity.
    This practice encourages a wider capacity for being present, enhancing the connection between mind and body. Suitable for any day and adaptable to how you feel, it’s all about experiencing what’s here, now.
