Not to be a downer, but it clearly still needs revision to fix the centering issue and I believe the front brackets should be finalized out of aluminum as well. Overall looks like a really cool piece though.

is it Normal for the gear oil too turn yellow?
I go by smell too. Burnt oil is good sign to replace. Not sure of yellow color change.
