  • THE BEST SECRET STASH BOX! SUBSCRIBE FOR WEEKLY/BI WEEKLY VIDEOS. VERY QUICK AND EASY To Make.took about 30 mins to make,and can hold quite a bit of stuff too! .i wanted to make the stash spot bigger, but i didnt have a long enough bit.
    so, over all its 6"long 3"wide and 1" deep. i asked a few relatives to try and find my new secrete spot for keys"" and no one figured it out. my wife picked it up but dropped it and sd i dont see how that could be a hiding spot..lol so the lines must look natural. ANYWAAAAAYS,,LOL

    Quick and dirty, yes but very cool. I like it. The only problem I would have is with my luck, I would end up stashing money in it and forget and throw the log in the wood stove. Great show Joe.

      Vintage Wood Workshop haha so many people have said that I'm thinking about drilling a hole in the bottom of it putting a half inch dowel rod to it with some glue and then sticking it into the ground I was also considering putting it somewhere in the garden where we have other driftwood or on the side of the garage in between two garbage cans someone commented saying it would make a good geocach I'll probably be the hardest one to find throw that into a forest LOL

      That's exactly where you're supposed to hide it And if you're worried about not being able to find it put a small piece of metal Inside and by metal detector

      Mikhandmaker thanks bro appreciate it it's actually going to be for house keys our older daughter keeps losing her house keys and I'm sick of changing the locks out LOL so we're going to try a different route but I'm going to do with somebody suggested and kill a few holes in it two flowers in it sitting on the front porch play it off as a planter but the other planter boxes we have thanks for watching man appreciate the support

      Thom spillane thanks bro and yes that is the main idea behind it our daughter is always losing her keys so as long as none of the neighbors are somebody nearby sees this should be good to go LOL

    This looks fantastic! I absolutely love it! Quick question what is the thing you stick in the holes you drilled to line up your drill holes? What are those called?

      Those "spikey" things come w/ a dowel jig I got from home depot. There's different sizes from 1/4"-1/2" . Hope that helps! & thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate the support

      thanks bro somebody suggested drilling some holes in it and putting fake flowers in it to make it look like a planter box which I'm going to do wish I would have thought of that and added that to the video but there's always a next time LOL thanks for watching brother I appreciate the support

      thanks bro I wanted to like add epoxy on the inside and make the inside cleaner but I want to also give this a try first and see how it works it works out good then maybe I will buy a longer Street bit and add epoxy to the inside thanks for watching bro I appreciate your support

      1st tool to cut log in half was a band saw..other tool used to cut out the spot to stash was a router.thanks for watching and commenting appreciate the support!

      thanks bro I had footage of it fooling everybody that was over yesterday for a Mother's Day cookout but of course I ended up deleting it by accident it was great though man everyone was looking around for a few seconds my wife picked up the log looked at and just dropped it on the ground that I can't see how that could be a hiding spot it's a log i sd ok and popped it open..lol thanks for watching bro I appreciate your support

That wood be my luck..lol I was actually thinking about drilling a hole through one of the pieces and getting like a half inch dowel rod doing it in there and then sticking it into the ground you know what I mean that way if I go to pick it up it ain't moving cuz it's sitting in the front garden with other Driftwood Inn Garden type of logs if that makes any sense LOL

    Cut some small holes in it and put fake flowers in those holes. Then put it on the porch like a decoration.

    I have the same thing just a hollowed out log in my garage that I use as a seat. people sit on it all the time and have no idea that there's a safe under there ass
