Hi there, I’m new to your channel and want to thank you for your videos. I came across your channel while looking for videos for our Mom who has dementia. This is something we would be doing with her and I wondered if you have a video or two that are seated workouts that are are about 10 minutes and are easy on the knees, she had a knee replacement over a year ago. Again I want to thank you for all your doing it’s so kind. Any help is so appreciated.

Hi, good luck with your mom. I hope exercises help her. I have found tai chi is amazing with people with dementia. I teach it at a senior center and those participants show great progress as the weeks go. ❤
