Thank you for your videos. My right shoulder has been bad and I followed all the exercises and I plan to work on this every day. The balance exercises have been great as well. I feel like I have received the perfect jump start for making my limbs stronger and more efficient. I can see how this can build up my confidence in doing things I used to take for granted.

Thank you for this video. I am a 53 year old left below knee amputee and fall quite often because my balance is horrible. I have been doing this program every morning for a week and I can already feel a difference. I do recommend this video to my advocacy clients and they are also telling me good things.
I had a frozen shoulder and it's really getting better with these exercises. Now I'm doing these, plus the ones for seniors especially the balance exercises. Thank you so much for helping out. Thank You! I am 69 and had a knee replacement and I am having trouble with Balance. I have let myself go. I used to exercise a lot when I was younger but I have had trouble getting motivated until I found you. I am motivated now. I will be using your other videos as well. Thank You again!
My first time through the first workout and I can tell it is perfect for me! I AM afraid of falling. Broken my right ankle twice and my left shoulder. I am a cashier so I stand all day. Very horrible for flexibility, etc. This is the perfect way to get back my balance and flexibility!

I am recovering from severe weakness due to an illness.. I am improving due to your videos. I vary them daily and am able to walk longer distances. They are simple enough so that I do not give up in discouragement. I see results.

I just wake up with a severe pain in my left leg ..I made a search on ...UA-cam then I found your channel....chair exercising and I did them with you...I felt better after that and at least I could prepare my breakfast ... thanks alot DERON and God bless you ...

Found your site yesterday and I've flagged it for daily use. I may not do these exercises until 2a.m., but at that time I'm still up and awake to do them, like a lot of us retired folks. I think these are wonderful for me and I'm almost 68 yrs young and not old by any of today's standards. I've found that my balance isn't as it should be and I believe they'll help a lot. Thank you, my friend.

I have been working out with Jane Fonda most of my adult life. I came by your regiment by accident and am glad I have. I realize at age 78 I need to bring my workouts to my current needs. Stretching is great for everyone. You do an excellent job of keeping my attention. I have encouraged others to stretch, stretch, stretch. Balance, balance, balance. But most times to no avail. Although I have a client I showed a stretch excercise for her back. She has been doing it daily and has no more back pain.

Loved your method of teaching even though I'm just turned 50 I didn't feel this was just for older person. I have rheumatoid since I was born and now developed osteoarthritis. This really helped with my range of motion.

I loved it I wish I had a copy of it. It was so very much important to me. I have been totally sedentary for 6 months due to untreated nonfunctioning posterior tibial tendon. Boy, did I ever need this. Thank you so much.

Great exercises. So far I started with the exercises for Frozen shoulder. I just got a shot yesterday and today did not feel much pain so started the exercises. It felt great. Also did the balance exercises. All great. I'm going to keep doing this.

I tried this for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I do have problems with balance and this also helped with some other arthritic problems I've had. Try it once and see if you like it. If not, don't do anymore. Felt good to me.

Great exercise
It has been 25 days since I got out of the hospital and the Dr. found the blood clot. I have been doing these off and on as my foot still swells. I have a lot better balance now so I will keep it up, thanks
