I'm over 70 seniors old and have not been able to exercise properly over the last 2 years due to major surgery and several falls. Also, have a knee replacement. This chair exercise has been invigorating and yes a bit sore, but I know I did very well. Thank you for getting me to move the upper body. Looking forward to working out more.
A have just discovered your exercises about a half hour ago, l am 84 years and have osteoporosis, l had right knee replacement 3 years ago that still gives me sharp darts of pain and it's never felt normal since. I'm so happy I've found your chair exercises. As many people have said I'm so glad there is no background music which is very distracting, I love the clarity of your voice, so easy to hear what you're saying, thank you so much for that. I was unable to do the exercise to put one leg up and rest it on my other knee. Love your energy it makes me feel so good. Thank you. Ireland

Hi ! I have been doing thieve exercises for more than 2 years and sometimes I add weights to the exercises with the armas and legs. I am 73 years old and my only problem is the knee artrosis otherwise I am very healthy. I'm 52 yrs old and I have been taking painkillers for my knee pain, foot and finger pain. I have gout for many years and I think its developing into athritis. In a desperate attempt to find relief, I came across this video and have been doing this exercise for 3 days. Thank God that the pain went down to 10% which is bearable and have not been on painkillers. Will continue to do so and see how it progresses. I also try to catch the morning sun and drink more water.Thank you for sharing the video.

I found your video last week and as I have Arthritis in several places decided to give it ago. I have done video every day and thoroughly enjoy it and have felt the difference in the pain so I will keep it going. I have also done some of your other videos which are excellent.
I meant to tell you you did a great job. When I try to move around what you show me it helps maybe I should use a chair instead of my Walker because I cannot go side to side thank you and God bless and also keep safe and be healthy
Hadn't done much except walk first of last week as joints hurt due to weather changes. Got in mile one day and almost two later in week. Then got a foot of Snow! Yes snow. Did arthritis workout today and feel better. Hopefully will get back on track this week.

I’ve just noticed your video. I’m very bad today stiff with pain Psoriatic arthritis & Osteoarthritis. I did the exercise & felt slightly better. I feel pretty dreadful because I also have fatigue which hits me at times. Like now. I’m hoping the more I go along with the exercise programme my pain will ease & I won’t feel as stiff. Your workouts are great. Do you have something to help with sciatica? I wake up everyday in pain. It takes awhile to start functioning normal, some days better than others.

I’m 73 and these are great for me love them.
