Hi . Yesterday a mechanic did valve adjustment for my 2019 DD15 engine. After valve adjustment I started engine and figured out there is little knocking sound. And when I press gas pedal the sound turning like engine brake sound. While I am driving the sound always on like engine brake is on. I brought truck back told the issue to the mechanic. He removed top cover again and found out exhaust cylinder 3 valves were too loose. Then he did compression test by sending air into engine from the pipe which is attached to turbo. The air was coming out of the exhaust pipe. He said it is bad cylinder head. What is your suggestion? Before valve adjustment no knocking sound was there in engine.

Cylinders 1-5. 3-6, 2-4. 15 too young, 36 too old, 24 is perfect 😂
