Today is the 3 year anniversary of my mother passing away, and I just want to make her proud of me. I want to celebrate who she was and the time I got with her, I don't want to wallow in my self-pity of how I don't have her with me physically anymore. You help me move forward. Good morning, i haven't write the 1st and 2nd sessions. i'm on my 3rd day and i think ive finally found something that keeps me going through the day. last year I've been going heavy health problems and a lot of surgeries. It gives me positivity and energy and i really love it ! i will try to keep going. Love the 5min meditation after. doing it too :) thank you

Day 3: still doubting how beginner this routine is or how beginner I actually am... but I like it and I try!
It is not really beginner in some palaces. In comparision to for example yoga with adriene.
It is more mid level I would say
her: hold this pose for 5 breaths...
me: 2 breaths in...
her: okay, and onto the next pose
I must be a slow breather, hah...
