Begin your day with clarity, positivity and a little self care. This class starts in a reclined hip opener, then works through some standing poses such as Warrior 1, pyramid and standing splits. We will use one block for this practice, if you don't have one find a thick book or a sturdy cushion. Hope you enjoy this 10 minute morning yoga class.

Just finished day three in a tent in my backyard with my girls playing cards beside me. (It’s a big tent and we were backyard camping last night.) I am enjoying this challenge so much. Thanks Kassandra!

It is not really beginner in some palaces. In comparision to for example yoga with adriene.
