Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat this morning! I'll take you through this 15 minute morning yoga sequence to get you ready for the day ahead. This is a full body practice with a good mix of strength and stretch. Nothing too strenuous or intense, we're just trying to wake ourselves up and feel really good in our bodies. This is great for all levels and no props are required.
I'll take you through poses like sphinx, tiger, warrior 2, triangle and bridge pose.

I’m just turning 70 I have been practicing yoga on and off for most of my life, 7 years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, I’m in complete recovery now but throughout the treatment I’ve let my yoga practice slip and began to notice the effects of my age. Now for the last few months I’ve been returning to my practice and thanks to you I have begun to notice a marked improvement in my flexibility and stamina. Thank you for your efforts 🙏

I used to be someone who wondered why youtuber's would make 5-15 minute yoga flows or workouts... now I know why. Having a newborn/baby/toddler - I'm lucky to get 15 minutes. So thank you!
I just lost my dog of 12+ years yesterday. I cried through this one because sometimes he would come for pets while I was lying down in a twist. Thank you.
Sorry to hear about your dog, I recently lost my elderly cat so I know how you feel. The feeling that something is missing doesn't quite go away, but the pain does lessen. Take care ❤

Today is Tuesday, May 28, 2024 and I enjoyed your morning yoga offering. I have participated in your classes a long time. You mentioned, in a recent open conversation with your students, it has been 10 years and you remain consistent, engaged and you teach with love. As a yoga teacher myself, a nurse and former massage therapist, I really hope you will give yourself a vacation this summer. It will be a reunion for your soul and self, restorative on every level and you’ll love return rejuvenated with a new perspective. Kassandra you deserve it and you are wonderful.

I love the fact that I have watched so many of your videos and understand the way you describe poses enough that I can take off my glasses and do a full routine completely blind just listening, you're my favourite yoga teacher ever! I went to a hot yoga class blind the other day and I couldn't see or understand most of what I was supposed to do, hard mode, Ive never felt so bad at yoga ahah. Ideal way to start my mornings. I'm not a heavy exercise person in a morning but I find stretching out and just gently getting my body moving is great both physically and mentally.

I like the additions, in table top to hover the knees and kick the legs up one at a time... reminds me of pilates, its refreshing. Your morning flows are the best, thank you♡

I have been following you for years and love it. May I suggest you do a whole series of yoga for seniors as I am 70 this year. I would love to follow you to sections like morning senior stretch, evening senior stress relief program etc,,, thank you 🙏

Thank you so much for this simple but very effective flow. As an experienced yogini ,who is currently suffering from lower back pain, I found this practice with an added figure four on my back, to be the perfect practice. Thank you so much. I loved the back and forth motion of the sphinx to forearm plank. I’ve never done that before and it felt so good and boosted my confidence because I could actually do it! We went on a biggish mountain hike yesterday and this stretch and mindfulness flow was perfect for recovery.

I took a leap and tried this flow! I have been doing the 30 day morning yoga routines for over three years and this is my first time trying something different. I'm glad I did! This sequence was a great combination of stretching and strength and I was worried that doing something five minutes longer might feel long - but it didn't! Thank you for continuing to add programs, and I loved that this one was designed for all levels. I am beginner to intermediate and this was perfect.
