I thank the Creator for Joel and Li. I watched Mark Wins since he had now is under a hundred thousand subscribers. I see Joel having just as many as one day. I am refreshed by his gratitude. His ability to live life for the richness that the Lord gives you. A true blessing. A true global citizen. He and Li warm my soul. Watched this episode on a full tummy. Which I try not to do. Hi Joel and Li, I really enjoyed all your videos. My guess is 35 minutes for you to peel all the 14 mangoes. Can’t wait for your next video. Take care and stay healthy.
That would take me around 40min to cut all those. Great video Joel and Li. I had cooked goat blood as a child and I can’t remember if I liked it or not. They look yummy!
Vonn!!!!! Wow no way, I remember learning about a few dishes like that when we were in Jamaica, I don’t think we had a chance to try… By any chance was it in this area that you had it? Ooooo... That beef soup looks amazing! But to the herbs. Can you describe the difference between culantro and cilantro? This is the first video that really describes the difference between Northern and Southern Thai foods! I'm happy! And smiling today!! Thanks!!! 😁
Hi Connie!! Nice one, yes the Southern food is radically different from the North, but Esaan and the North are.... worth comparing? They actually have noticeable variations whereas the North and South are just basically 2 different countries (and they used to be different countries, until just about 100 years ago). Culantro is also called Sawtooth Herb, or Sawtooth Coriander, these names are confusing but, yeah the taste is quite different actually.
The food looks great. I can tell you really enjoy this food , even if you are just taking bite size eats... That's the right way to taste food and also not overload your digestive system. Always refreshing to see someone like yourself giving thanks to the Lord for provision of food.

I would assume you took about an hour to cut up the 14 mangos. 🥭 Good luck to yourself and Li during this new lockdown period. Stay safe and blessed!
You are awesome much love to you in South Africa, always happy to see people from Africa joining, learning, also sharing so thank you. What is your top Fruit? Or, do you mean all of the best fruit is exported… Well, honestly that’s the same here, all of it goes to China or Japan
@@JoelsTastyRide Our best fruit from South Africa is difficult to name, there are so many. One of my favourites naturally is mangos, but I love all fruits. All the best fruit is exported, we get the lower grade versions. You and Li are beyond awesome and I appreciate your love for our Heavenly Father and your love for life! Keep on continuing what you are doing, it is greatly appreciated!

Hiiiiiiii Booswanger, it was a treat (we were lucky, and blessed to be there!), I went back a few days later just to buy some more fruit, say hi to (whoever was there), that place is always special :) They rarely stick to a schedule too which is kinda fun, annoying sometimes haha, but kinda fun, you never know what day they're gonna open so you just have to keep trying :) Love that place. Very cool and fun family!!! Hope youre having a beautiful day and (as I am sure you are :) ) enjoying each day for what it is, for what God gives us.
Lovely to see your excitement eating in Chiang Mai, so sorry to hear about the covid wave hitting again, keep safe both of you 🥰❤ the only thing that looked prettier than the food was Li , she looked adorable in that colour blouse😍🥰❤❤❤
Morning bro, looking forward to this video, I hope you and Lizzi Li are safe and all the people of Thailand stay safe and fight this virus off. Yesss mango my fav fruit yum yum
I guess 56 min lol.. That meal looks so yummy ☺️ thanks for sharing and oh my word 17:13 🥰🥰🥰 that tree was beautiful it looked like flames I loved it. I hope you are well many blessings to all
That type of mango, especially fully ripe, are eaten a completely different way in India: Palpate the mango in your hands until you feel the pit moving free inside the skin - do not break the skin, but thoroughly squeeze all round fruit so it is mush. bite/cut the bud end off the mango. then suck out the the pulp like a smoothy! if done right there will only be the skin and seed remaining and no messy hands or face... so jealous of you & Li having another exciting meal - Best of luck to both of you this month too. 🙏 🔥🦁❤️💛💚
You are awesome thank you for the great comment Chrs! I do remember indeed the mango of Sri Lanka, of India, end of Pakistan, all three of these countries love to talk about mango… Which is great for me because it’s my favorite fruit ha ha I can always learn
Awesome! Thank you! you are so great, thanks for the vote of confidence!!! Wow, ok, hey I appreciate that as well, yeah that Lotus video was special, memories that go with it as well

I like your cycling jersey so nice and I laughing with that dragon fruit wheel . ha ha ha I really miss northern thai food . It's my my favorite food in Thailand.
I LOVE Pak Khow Dtong! My wife hates it! She can cook/eat every stinky, weird thing in Thai cuisine but, she can't even stand the smell of it! ("Fish Mint" is a great name! I think it's in the Morning glory family, though.)
Oh maaaaan I appreciate the wisdom, wonderful to learn about this, and I hope to be eating a lot more of it soon :-) high five to your wife (for patience? Haha) Happy to see another message Don, have a great day man
Joe-Li. Of all the dishes at Uncle Thong's I liked the 'Gsemg Awm'. looked wholesome. Ingesting blood in any form is not my cup of tea. Now for the Mango's my guess is total 21 minutes., for 14 fruits, If they were not as ripe, 15 minutes. I too am a skilled Mango and Pineapple jockey. Mano (Baltimore)
Loving that mango and pineapple jockey absolutely loving this comment :-) :-) :-) thanks so much man! OK I see you understand, yeah I guess I managed to cruise through them though, just 16 minutes.
Joel your spirit is so powerful and positive. Your spirit brings joy to you and everyone around you. Keep up the amazing work sharing the beauty and love in our world. Also congratulations to you and Li on getting married, may god bless your journey together. One love bless up.
Not sure who's more excited for the first bite, Joel or I. Everything looks amazing. Thank you for sharing and please stay safe. Everyone is in my good thoughts and prayers. I have a throat virus so I can't really eat but glad it's not covid.
Saibaidee Joel and Li! Som Moo cheers! I had fermented pork this morning with chili and onion as a chaser. That Lu dish looks SAAP! Never had it before but I'd be down to eat it - raw or cooked! My guess for the mangos is 25 minutes.
You’re awesome man, I would also be down to have it with you, whenever you come here come back here, I think you and I get stopped for exactly the same type of edible stuff and cultural adventures, I’m sure it would be awesome to hang out man! Have a great day, thanks again for another great view and reaction, cheers bro. Enjoy the day today
Great video once again. Your excitement is too good - watching in the morning in London even makes me hungry so early:) - I think took you 35mins for the mango cutting...ps the editing and style in the videos is evolving nicely - great to see :)

Hope you enjoy each one Michael, AND I hope youre enjoying each day for what it is! Really cool message, cheers on that grill smells, I always am interested in the smells of an experience I guess, I appreciate how the senses work that way... In the US, soul food includes pigs' intestines. We refer to them as chitterlings or "chittlins". I'm sure you know this, but I love seeing how food translates across cultures! My guess is 6 minutes!

Logan!!!! Hey man hey hey, great to see your name, great to get in contact… I do occasionally make the dip that you see here, different variations, We both used to make papaya salad but it’s just kind of… When you know a few different people who just have mastered these dishes, there rarely comes the time when we would try. Tom, beautiful message really, thanks so much for taking the time, hope you’re having a super Fri day today
Really enjoyed that u started putting words on the screen. Great job
Hi Robin! Yep, every video where there is a convo in Thai I will always translate it - hope you enjoy!
Top man joel, love your video content.
Much love to you today in Ireland, hope all is well! Thanks for watching and hope to see you for a live stream on Sunday morning
Morning bro, looking forward to this video, I hope you and Lizzi Li are safe and all the people of Thailand stay safe and fight this virus off. Yesss mango my fav fruit yum yum
Caleb man!!!
Thanks for the good words at always, and man, hope you are well super well today man!!!
My guess is 8.5 minutes.
One of your best videos so far, I think! (Along with the lotus lake video)
Have a great day 🍌
And after reading other comments, I change my guess to 16minutes and 47seconds 🙄😁
HEIHOT
hahahahahah
Awesome! Thank you! you are so great, thanks for the vote of confidence!!!
Wow, ok, hey I appreciate that as well, yeah that Lotus video was special, memories that go with it as well
That drone shot of Wat Prathat Doi Kham at the beginning is breathtaking.
Man! Beautiful, OK I can really see you are enjoying this video, makes me very happy
I have a 20 minutes advert that I am please to let play for Joel and Li. Others, I would press 'skip'. You know why it will play? 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞 Just love these pair. God bless
Oh MY!!!
Max!!!!!!!!! Please Max! 💜 Skip the 20 minute ad. We love you so much, I hope you know it and I hope you know how widely I am smiling right now, I love all those hearts, I love your heart for us and for what we are trying to do, some days it’s easy but some days to be honest I need your messages of encouragement and thank you for always taking the time to send them
Yes! I do the same and feel the same ! Yes!
@@JoelsTastyRide Joel NEVER! I will play every adverts that comes on your channel. This is my way of supporting you and Li adventures in making up feel close to you lot. You and Li are a blessing to me. Sometimes when I want to box someone I see the thumbnail on you channel and start smiling and my temper subsides.
I like your cycling jersey so nice and I laughing with that dragon fruit wheel . ha ha ha
I really miss northern thai food . It's my my favorite food in Thailand.
P Jack!
Hey man, always good to see your name man.
Yeah the logo is cool right? Someone designed it for us, he gave it to us as a gift!!!
Hhaa Tiffany what a message!!! Oh my
Saibaidee Joel and Li!
Neel man, thank you ALWAYS for the cool comments on every video AND for taking the time to hang out with us on the livestream. Man, its been great, really powerful, glad to have you a part of it!
Thanks for the good words on this video, yeah it was easy to make, its fun when that happens, just super smooth, everything GOOD and FUN!
Mango was 16 minutes!!

Hope you enjoy each one Michael, AND I hope youre enjoying each day for what it is! Really cool message, cheers on that grill smells, I always am interested in the smells of an experience I guess, I appreciate how the senses work that way...

@@JoelsTastyRide No, thank you man for showing us all these amazing places and food. Keep up the great videos. Keep safe 🙏🏽
In the US, soul food includes pigs' intestines. We refer to them as chitterlings or "chittlins". I'm sure you know this, but I love seeing how food translates across cultures!
My guess is 6 minutes!
Wow Gigi, you have faith in me, in my mango skills at least :-) I would love to come and join with you over some soul food, I’ve heard of it for years, must be awesome, heartwarming, real comfort food I’m sure :-) much love, have a wonderful day today!!

There’s nothing like fresh fruit…. I’ve been eating a purely vegetarian diet and living on fruit and vegetables… can’t describe the energy I feel following this diet

Have a happy time by eating such a traditional Northern Thai food. I am in Bangkok but I can’t visit my hometown at Chiangrai because of the Covid’s situation too. Please kindly be aware of Covid-19 infection. Distancing, washing hands, wearing mask, getting vaccine.

Hi Li and Joel! The only blood I've ever had was the sheep's blood sausage we make at home on the Navajo Nation. Yum🤗 I'm excited to see the creative content you and Li share with us! Thanks for the mango cutting tips.
Cindy!!!! Oh wow, would LOVE to come and explore Navajo food with you oh wow, never even thought about these possibilities before!
Keep it up man, love the videos! Have you ever thought of learning to cook some of these foods?
Logan!!!!
Hey man hey hey, great to see your name, great to get in contact… I do occasionally make the dip that you see here, different variations, We both used to make papaya salad but it’s just kind of… When you know a few different people who just have mastered these dishes, there rarely comes the time when we would try. We just cook Chinese food instead because that’s some thing we can’t find, and then we go out for Thai food
Thanks! 24 minutes. I want to try them. Stay safe all
That chin som omg. My mouth is salivating just seeing it. Live sa and gaeng om 🤤 . I need to go here ASAP.
