I often make the mistake about 20%of the way into your workouts thinking “this one is easy and will think I need to tack something on at the end”. Let’s just say that rarely has to happen! 😂. I'm currently pregnant with my first child, and thought a nice suggestion for one of your programs could be some pregnancy friendly workouts? Maybe just even a couple of side workouts that you label as being *pregnancy friendly*. I want to continue working out with you throughout my pregnancy, but I also want to make sure the exercises I'm doing are safe. Hi Heather i love your workouts but hadnt tried a 1 hour one, there were a couple of exercises i had to modify as i have knee problems but im proud of myself for managing it!

Love this 60 minute workout, I had to make adjustments to some of the exercises as I have an old hip injury that is been bothering me lately. Thank you Heather, I am stocked at home like so many people because of bad road conditions here in Kentucky. I wish you all a very merry safe Christmas and a happy new year!. ❤
This is so amazing, better than going to gym. I was struggling to keep up with the 12 weeks program during the middle of pandemic, but I end up finishing all the workout in 4.5 months. I felt more stronger and synced than before. Just need more motivation to do everyday. A quick question, is your program designed for certain age group? How to tone down the workout in age of 40-50? Thank you so much. You have the best program.
I was intimated to do this, however have to say it really wasn't bad at all (for anyone also feeling the same way). I am feeling great after completing this (much better than I was prior to). Thanks, Heather! :)

This worked me mentally and physically usually I won’t do cardio because I HATE IT! And I hate lunges but I pushed through and definitely had to push through mentally. Thank you for this. I’m so glad I can relax now. Also I love the no repeat workouts, it’s easier for me to push through when I know I don’t have to do something again.
