You can skip it if it doesn’t work for you, instead of discouraging people who are keeping their bodies moving by doing this routine!
@@IM-uh5tk Agree, except for the actual HIIT at the end, it was definitely more 'slow and intentional toning' than high intensity. This thing of calling anything set by a timer rather than reps 'HIIT' is a bit misleading.

People like me love no repeats. We get bored easily. No repeats tricks our lazy brains. If we know exercises are going to repeat, we stop halfway and dont finish the workout.
I prefer the repeat workouts, it helps with building that lean muscle! I enjoy her no repeats as well, but I feel more accomplished with the repetitive workouts.💪🏼💪🏼

To anyone wondering how many calories you can burn. I burned 425 (didn’t do push ups as I am not able to 🥵). I am 172 cm (5.64) and 58 kg (128 lb). Great workout 🤩

@@ektajain9271 I'm 5'5 and about 160 lbs. I workout every day of the week and rest on the weekends and really use weights to push myself. If Heather uses 5-10 lbs, I use 8-10 because I weigh more than her, plus to push myself for the most calorie burn! Hope that helps you!

Just finished this terrific workout, I really like the longer length workouts for weekends when I have more time, thank you! Would love to see a low impact one hour full body HIIT with equipment if possible.
This was TOUGH but absolutely AWESOME! Loved every minute of it! The cardio at the end really squeezed any strength remained in me by the end of the sesh.

Thank you for this workout. I do it every week. However if I can get one where I don't have to keep getting up after one exercise as it is telling on my knees. I am 71yrs old so the up and down is a bit difficult. Keep up the good work

Our gyms in Mass we're closed for 10 months or so, but not sure I'm going back. I've done all of these 40-60 min workouts multiples times. Great workouts, not alot of stress on the joints but high intensity. Lost 15 pounds last summer/fall and now I just continue to do three or four of these a week. High quality workouts with a lot of variety. This one is my personal favorite. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite workout!! Kicks my butt. Not afraid to say that even though you are supposed to switch it up for your body, I've done this workout 3x per week because the music and no repeat motivates me so much!!! I would say it's more strength heavy in the earlier part and targets legs, a lot of upper body, abs, and she ends it with cardio! Thank you Heather! This has become a classic for me!! It's my favourite full body workout structure: dedicated circuits for lower and upper body, dispersed with cardio exercises, and closing off with abs and cardio! Even when it's not an hour long or no repeat it feels more effective! So grateful for all your work!

I have been looking forward to doing this workout since she uploaded it. I would say it's more strength heavy in the earlier part and targets legs, a lot of upper body, abs, and she ends it with cardio! If you are looking for more cardio don't give up keep going, cardio is the BEST! Thank you Heather! Active cal 350.

So crazy I did this workout when it first aired and i struggled like crazy through it! Fast forward to now and I didn't have to stop at all. Crazy what consistency does!
