I have to say that I have FINALLY found a workout plan I can stick with - low impact, calm yet encouraging music, and no yelling - just gentle encouragement! When other workouts/coaches push me to keep going it just makes me want to give up faster but with your videos I find the willpower from within myself to keep going, even if I need to take a little bit longer of a break midway through or simplify the moves when I need to catch my breath. And having it be low impact makes it possible for me to not give up on daily exercise if my knees/shins are really hurting. Thank you so much Heather for putting workouts out there for sensitive souls like me! :)

YES! I come across moves that I am just can't do at this point and I substitute it with something else (hopefully using the same muscle group). Just keep moving!
Don't be fooled that this low impact workout means its easy - I was dripping in sweat throughout and found it very challenging. Really loved this workout!!

I have done shaun t workouts and never sweat like i do for her workouts, maybe my body just prefers low impact strength training. I’m always telling my self how am I sweating because im not sweat person.

These videos are my FAVORITE. I love that its low impact for my joints that are basically pop rocks, but also uses weights for resistance and muscle building. Exactly what I need
This is by far my favorite Heather workout! Repeats only once, combo moves, no jumping and i'm drenched with sweat everytime! Do you have any more like this one??? I like some others but none of them i found is like this with combination moves. More like this please!!!
The warm up and cool down is what makes it all feel so achievable. I find it hard to warm up every time I workout but your videos make it so easy I love it ❤️

man oh man is your low impact never easy. Once I got to the second round of up-downs in the second half I couldn't keep your tempo. I had to finish with a slower pace, but still finished! Thank you!

It’s have been exercise for a while,I was on vacation for a during Thanksgiving and I came back I got the worst head and chest cold. I’m finally getting over it .I did this exercise but I have to quit after the rest and just did the stretch. I just haven’t got all my energy yet. thank you so much.

I had stiff neck and shoulder and joint pain this month . It was my first workout this month I even did't without weights and I still was challenging. Great workout as always thank you for giving all this for free.

Love the low impact, especially with weights. At 63 I need the weight training and with arthritis in several places movement is very limited without pain and these low impact workouts are great.

I really enjoyed this workout. I always prefer low impact because of my knee pain, but I am also trying your other workouts and modify them into low impact (inspired in your "how to" video). The approach with 40 or 45 mins and break with the show of the next move works great for me. I started to do your workouts half a year ago and I really can see my progress - I just started to workout reguralry after long recovery from injury and illness. I sarted really slowly and I use light or no weights but it still works. I love your videos the best as I can always choose what I need - short, longer...and I never get bored! Thanks!

Greetings from France! This was my first time doing one of your workouts - LOVED IT. Apartments in Paris with no soundproofing during this lockdown has been really tough to get a good cardio indoor workout. Thank you and please keep making these low impact, longer form workouts! :)
Week 2 Day 1 of the 6 week low impact program complete! This was a VERY good workout. I focus on gains so just FYI I used 10s and 15s and slowed my reps as needed.
I completed this workout (week 2 of the low impact programme) boy was it haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard! I really used to think low impact is a piece of cake until I met Heather!!! Great sweat sesh!!
I have to do a lot of low impact HIIT because I have downstairs neighbors. Heather's low impacts are perfect and so effective! This one is definitely one of my favorites. Dripping sweat by the end!

There's always ways to modify the other videos so that they are low impact =) I did this during my knee recovery.

Heather, your workouts are consistently excellent, this one was no exception. I especially love the way you ease into the warm up, and cool down is also so relaxed....but what's in between is intense, well paced, and sooooo effective. Clearly a lot of thought goes into your programming. Thank you!

This is simply my favorite style S2. I don't feel like my energy won't last to the end of the workout and it turns each exercise much more effective and safe. Please do more like that and thank you!!!
I really enjoyed this workout. I always prefer low impact because of my knee pain, but I am also trying your other workouts and modify them into low impact (inspired in your "how to" video). The approach with 40 or 45 mins and break with the show of the next move works great for me. I started to do your workouts half a year ago and I really can see my progress - I just started to workout reguralry after long recovery from injury and illness. I sarted really slowly and I use light or no weights but it still works. I love your videos the best as I can always choose what I need - short, longer...and I never get bored! Thanks!

Week 2 Day 1 of the 6 week low impact program complete! This was a VERY good workout. I focus on gains so just FYI I used 10s and 15s and slowed my reps as needed.
I completed this workout (week 2 of the low impact programme) boy was it haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard! I really used to think low impact is a piece of cake until I met Heather!!! Great sweat sesh!!
I have to do a lot of low impact HIIT because I have downstairs neighbors. Heather's low impacts are perfect and so effective! This one is definitely one of my favorites. Dripping sweat by the end!
