Thanks Eric, for another great training video. BTW, did you notice how the sound quality of your voice on the video improved when the video camera got closer to you? It would do wonders for the sound quality of your videos if you started using a wireless lavalier microphone.
Great explanation and instruction. Unlike in other youtube videos/channels, he does not need 15 minutes of babble for what can be said in 2 minutes. Here, you really get what you have to keep in mind! Thank you!
when you do barbell landmine presses, are you lifting the whole weight of the bar or only half of it? For example in a bench press, you lift the 45pound bar with the plates on the side. Are you lifting the same amount on the landmine presses.
Think it's probably part of the weight, there's some physics involved (leverage etc.). I would guess a bit more than half - I'm sure someone could do math to know exactly lol.
Great exercise , explanation , demonstration and cues. Bravo, good job, Eric.

Is this movement good for that?
Great explanation. Thanks for this.

Any reason to Incline Bench Press instead of Landmine Press?
Less strees for shoulders than military press ??
Good coach
good video that pal
Nice
Does this hit the upper pecs in a similar way to a incline db press?
For upper pecs there is a better movement. Search in youtube for "Landmine Chest Press".
Eric needs to slow-down...
beloit22 Or just pay attention
beloit22 or just rewind or rewatch.... its a video
My goodness. That guy just cannot stop talking, can he? Just show the exercise FFS.
