every gym have it lol, just place bar into 20kg plate and woala landmine row... only thing you cant make with just dumbbells in home are cable machines but you can do a lot of stuff just with dumbbels and few bars + bench ofc, you dont need do to fancy landmine with that special holder 😂
I tried the Kneeling Landmine Press yesterday, and it really targeted my shoulders in a way that I haven’t felt before. Definitely adding this to my regular workout.
The landmine is part of my routine, but i just do the stand up press, i didnt even think about other movements like a squat I cant wait to try that 180 at the gym i havent seen anybody do that movement with the landmine set up. Thank you for the ideas!
Started doing farmer squats yesterday Ive been doing squats with a weight vest previous to that exercise for about 2 years and it's safe to say that the farmer squats felt waaay better it helped keep my form cleaner and I could feel much more of a stretch in around my hips and calves👍

Got a landmine for my homegym and barely used it till recently (and feeling pretty foolish for missing out so long). The "farmer squats" are great for when your back is getting banged up or you fancy some variety. Edit: Also top tip- You can start the farmer squats with the bar up on a bench, it's easier to load and you don't need to clean it to the start position! Another cool lift is a "Meadows Row", lifting the bar from the side with one arm. Those feel real good
It's great these guys posted a vid on building a landmine attachment, but until you make your own cut an "X" into a tennis ball and slip over one end of your bar, stick that side in a corner, & get some.
See, now, when doing the standing shoulder press I feel like the weight is getting lighter as the bar gets more vertical. To fix this, I do them kneeling instead of standing. On shoulder day, I also superset with standing lateral rows. Feel the burn, eh!
The weight is getting “lighter” the closer the bar comes to perpendicular to the floor. By kneeling you are moving a higher percentage of the weight throughout the movement.
Great landmine exercises dude, I just brought & installed a landmine to the base of my squat rack. I never did landmine type exercises prior because I wouldn't without anchoring the barbell securely first especially when using heavier weights...
I feel like those couple extra inches of ROM really make a big difference. My gym doesn't have a good attachment, just the v grip handle. So i stick the handle under the bar, right under the plate stop, and it works fine. Just gotta make sure you keep it controlled so you don't bounce the bar off the handle.
Trying to figure out how to add landmine exercises into my routine. But, what does it add if you already have a bar and rack for doing the regular version of the exercises (Squats, bb row, etc)?
We took this out of our "DIY Landmine Press" video (which you can watch here: ua-cam.com/video/85OwxiKw2r0/v-deo.html) for those of you who don't plan on building one but just want to know what some of the best exercises are. Most versatile and underrated piece of equipment and not all the gyms have it. One great thing is the core activation in most exercices.
There’s 3 in my gym.. ALL Unused🥺

I am glad I stumbled across this. You guys look like very good people. I wish you good luck.
Love my landmine attachment. Such a simple thing...and well worth it..!!
The Farmer Squats are a game changer for building strength. I never knew a landmine could be so versatile.
Recently bought a landmine so this is invaluable for me! Thanks.
lmao just google it you can find 100+ landmine excersises nothing here is "invaluable"
2:45 it's more beneficial if you can do that 1 arm press from a kneeling position.
Even years later I still come to your videos for guidance. I’ve been a big fan for years and don’t ever see that changing
Straight into it. Beautiful.
I love how he’s doing this in boots
@Delph 017 If it wasn't for the smell from the manure stuck to the bottom.
I tried doing this in boots but security threw me out.

Kneeling press would give a greater angle for weight.
Great work.
Thank you for your explanation and execution of the exercises
I just did the farmer squats today as kind of a finisher after my leg workout
It felt good man, felt reeaalll goooood

What's with that weird bench behind you? Is that multiple benches stacked on top of each other? It has a wheel. Can you drive it somewhere?
Its a leg stretcher

good point as this will also involve the abs even more

Thanks for sharing. Very helpful
Thanks. Needed this at a new gym with this equipment
Weird question but what jeans are those?
Straight to the point.. that kinda felt good!
i guess i'm five years late to this but i love landmine pressing because i have shoulder issues that prevent me from doing a strict OHP
tbqh, I just noticed my gym does have a landmine set, altering being a member there for 2 years
Hack squats can also be done, and work well.💪🏼
whats that instrument of pain behind you with the steering wheel
Great video! May I ask what length barbell you are using? Is it 6' or 7'?
What kind of landmine is that? Researching to get one soon. Thanks
omg the last one with the twist looks so hard
Ciao bello, complimenti, lo snodo della barra a T L'hai fatto tu?
What is the blue base unit called that the barbell is held into? And can it be used in your home or does it have to be screwed into the floor ?
Would you recommend using the landmine press for standing calf raises?
Thank you!
Totally here for the workouts..

good no nonsense stuff, you dont need lots of machines!
What is the thing called holding the bar bell?
Thank you 🙏🏻
what's the blue holder for the barbell called??
Is it better to do the T-bar rows using a V grip? Or just grab the bar with my hands?
Muhaimin Zulkarnain V
Muhaimin Zulkarnain if u have a v grip yes use it its better
I feel like those couple extra inches of ROM really make a big difference. My gym doesn't have a good attachment, just the v grip handle. So i stick the handle under the bar, right under the plate stop, and it works fine. Just gotta make sure you keep it controlled so you don't bounce the bar off the handle.
Try using a towel, it works your forearms and wrists more and you'll develop a helluva grip!
Thanks for an awesome exercise video
Pro tip for those whithout dumbels: Place bench beside the barbel and put hand at the end of the barbel. Row.
With a shorter barbell the farmer squat is very awkward to do
Any links for the equipment used in video
Thanks
