    Hey, don't know if you are reading this but I have a problem with the downward rotation of the shoulderblade. Left shoulderblade suddenly drops after a certain height while the right blade moves smoothly downward. Do you have any exercise to relearn that motion?
    Any help would be great because it's impossible to do shoulder press or pull ups or going deep into the pec stretch while bench pressing or doing push ups .

    Nobody knows the shoulder well enough to have such a compact explanation of a drill like this.
