What a difference the curtains make! So elegant and rich looking, and of course the Victorians loved their lace. A perfect touch!

That is so sumptuous and rich looking, love the fabric and laces you've chosen. I love salvaging too, that wooden piece worked out great, a really sturdy way of mounting all that fabric. I've also found that if you stick what you like, things will naturally coordinate. Great video, thanks!

A parlor is the perfect place for a dramatic set of curtains. They are just right! 🥰 The parlor seems much warmer and more finished with the curtains in place. I love the gorgeous lace you used for the sheer panel in the center.😍 I definitely agree about the vertical stripes on the valance- I was a little concerned when you started out with horizontal stripes. I shouldn't have worried, though- your designs always end up looking good! 🙂

Suggestion, double sides hem tape can be cut and ironed down for projects where glue is a problem. Beautiful curtains. Thank you 😊

Hi Little Gretchen, I am so impressed with your ability and creativity, I am learning so much from you, I am going to try your glue on fabric technique on my next real life size curtain creation, it is so hard sometimes to make fabric behave the way you want it to, and I have no problem with stiff fabric on window treatments. Best to you from Oregon.

I love your process. They compliment the room wonderfully. I think l will be making a lil board like yours. I have to make a set of curtains for the upstairs hallway, and that board looks mighty handy! Love how all the pieces of fabric just came together so beautifully! ❤🥰
