Quest 3 help please guys!!

Guys, i need help setting up my Quest 3 VR Headset to make the graphics better.
I've watched loads of videos on how to do it on UA-cam where everyone makes it look easy but i'm really struggling with it.
If any of you knows how to do this and can help me I'd really appreciate your help please. I'll send you a drink (bit of cash) if you can help, we can do a microsoft teams session or something.
