These are fabulous! I didn't have sour cream so I used Greek yogurt. It was spectacular. I made them a little bigger, and got 8 biscuits. I baked them about 5 minutes longer. This is now my go-to; I'm in heaven!

Great recipe; I'm not on a Keto diet but had a bag of almond flour so decided to try this. The biscuits were delicious; I combined a bit of your recipe and another one that incorporated mozzarella cheese with the dry ingredients in a food processor. I remembered you mentioned cheese could be brought into the recipe if desired. I also used a half cup of sour cream instead of a quarter cup. But everything else between the two recipes was identical and they came out delicious. I ate 4 right out of the oven with havarti cheese and a glass of chardonnay. Thanx for a great recipe!! note: People should just keep in mind that these will not taste anywhere close to what a common flour biscuit would taste like. But they taste great in their own way!!

My wife uses butter milk instead of sour cream but i guess it's the same outcome.. Some of the things I missed after losing 140 pounds was biscuits, cookies brownies etc. WE learned about almond flour ~5 years ago and my sweet wife makes me treats like this a few times a month.
In fact, she made me 2 Sauage, cheese and egg biscuits this morning and WOW...
I can't eat like this often since I will NOT regain that weight but now, I have options.
Thank you for sharing your recopies with the world.
Now days, we don't have to be overweight and we don't have to live on tree bark..LOL

I just tried this and it came out very good. Not eggy at all. I used yogurt instead of sour cream. It’s very savory, so next time I will omit the salt and add monk fruit allulose blend for a sweeter taste. I realized the top browns faster so I will try and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.

Hello, I just accidentally found your channel, and subscribed. Maybe just what I need. I've had to change my lifestyle of eating habits. So now I have to watch carbs and sugar. Also on a low protein, phosphorus, patassium and sodium diet. And non dairy food. I believe I read that the almond flour you use is like 3 protein and 3.5 carbs. So my question is can you substitute some of the ingredients with plant based ingredients to lower the Minerals I mentioned above. For example use the egg white instead of the whole egg. You may suggest some of yours recipes as well.thanks God bless.

Hi Teresa, Sorry to hear that! Did you by chance use baking soda instead of baking powder? That's a common mistake some people make and will cause them to be bitter. If you didn't, another possible culprit is using baking powder that isn't aluminum-free -- make sure that it IS aluminum-free.
