  • Hey Guys!
Welcome back to my channel! So, I don't know about you, but I have a very strict diet regimen right now. I am really trying to heal my body and flush out as many toxins as possible!
With that said, sometimes the sugar cravings will hit super hard and I need to be able to whip something up really fast before I reach out and grab the "bad junk"!
Here is my go-to recipe when those craving kick in!
Easiest, Paleo, Gluten Free, Low Carb, Vegan ALMOND FLOUR COOKIES!
2 cups of fine Almond Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Salt
    1 tsp of Cardamom (optional)
    2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup of Dark Maple Syrup
2 tbs of Rose Water (optional)
*feel free to add chopped nuts, vegan chocolate, or dried fruit!
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients first, then mix all the wet ingredients, add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add a a couple tbs of the batter for each cookie. Place on baking sheet.
Place in oven for 12-14 minutes. Take out of oven and wait 5 minutes before serving.
    Enjoy!

Wow these cookies are delicious!!! The outside is crunchy and melts in your mouth and the inside is soft and delicious. Thank you for this recipe so easy to put together. I did omit the Rose water and the other spice you mentioned and just substitute with what I had at home. I used 1 tsp of vanilla and 2 tbsp of orange juice.

I hand rolled them into small balls, once placed on cookie sheet, flattened it a bit with hand or wet fork, reduced oven time to 10 minutes. Easy & delicious.

That's almost identical to how I've been making almond cookies but I've never thought to use rose water. I needed a valid excuse to make a batch of cookies! Thanks!

My wife and I been trying to make a healthy almond cookies but failed every time until tried your recipe. It's very simple and easy to prep and it's also crunchy but also moist inside. I had to eliminate adding salt alltogether the second time. Well done again.

I was looking for easy and quick recipes as this was my first time making something with almond flour. I made these cookies last night and they were absolutely delicious! So easy low carb option when you are craving for quick dessert. I didn’t have rose water so I just made with cardamom and my family finished all the cookies from the baking tray itself. Just a tip: if you want it to look like cookies, press them down and flatten it!
Thank you for the recipe! God bless :)

I simply love this recipe, because it is so simple. I substituted Allulose sweetner and coconut sugar for the maple syrup. I flattened the balls to make them more like a cookie. Next time, I am going to use a 1/2 cup of
flaxseed meal and 1 1/2 cups of almond flour and a little less cardamom . Thanx for a great recipe !

Add a tad more moisture and they will expand. Baking powder needs moisture to activate. Add a bit of water or use 1/2 cup less almond flour.

I made these without maple syrup cause I'm trying to avoid sugar except a bit of fruit. The first time I used an equal amount of water. The second time I used some olive oil and enough water for the mixture to mush together without cracking. I prefer the second batch, but these are just good either way. They satisfy the texture I've been craving from baked stuff. And they're so simple to make. Thank you!

Is there a way to have all crispy without the soft center? I will definitely make again.
I used half of the maple syrup, almond flour is naturally sweet so I have enough sweetness.
I will use almond extract next time.
I am from India so I had to have cumin spice in these. Taste really good. Some of our cookies are savory .
