    I like how every keyboard warrior commenting on this vid mentions femurs, torso, genetics etc but no one mentions the insane focus and training regimen of this man. People are envyous bastards and need to find ways to diminish other people’s accomplishments just to feel better about themselves. Sad.

    • @ConradMarbourg3635
      @ConradMarbourg3635 3 роки тому +3

      @@onedealboxtm88 Hell no, it's definetly genetics otherwise anyone who work hard could squat that much and have such knees which is not the case.
      Saying that his knees are thick due to hard work is like watching a 2m guy dunking and saying he reaches this height due to years of hard work in basket ball fields.
      There is no denying that tremendeous work, blood, sweat and maybe tears were involved to achieve that but a man like Toshiki Yamamoto is one in a million.
      That being said, many thanks for the video.
      Best and friendly regards.

      there is something you don't understand, this is a weightlifter, his training is on a completely diffrent level than any powerlifter, he can move heavy weight not just staticly but also dynamicly, they are doing squats many times a week as well as variations of deadlift etc. Don't compare anyone to him, only few dedicate their life to this, check Chinese Weightlifting Team then you will know what I'm talking about. Small guys who weight 68-78 kg would be suqatting 200-300kg, because they are training mainly for strenght and being able to move heavy weight dynamically, this is what you don't understand my friend, you cant tell me they have genetics for that :)

  • @holliswilliams8426

    yes it's amazing but they are divebomb squats, it's not the same as a regular slow controlled back squat, he is basically dropping and letting the bar fall under gravity and then catching it at the bottom, it's a different lift to the usual back squat and allows you to use more weight

    • @michaelnguyen6173
      @michaelnguyen6173 2 роки тому +7

      You have to be joking. You are really trying to say that deep squats are easier to load weight on than parallel squats? He dive bombing to explode from the hole. I guarantee you that getting out of the whole from a deep squat 10x harder than from parallel squatting.

    • @michaelnguyen6173
      @michaelnguyen6173 2 роки тому

      wtf are you talking about, never heard more stupid theory in my entire life,he does not need to do it slowly, he s got this weight for 20 reps and he s got full control of it, these are full atg squats from start to the end and if you want to do max reps challange you are not going to focus on each rep to do it the slowest you can lol dynamics is power as well
