Everything from 1-10rm - ok, 15/20+ rm you spit out your lungs. Higher reps train your mental, you ain’t producing results by training like that, it’s just good for fun and if you want to make yourself mentally tough, other than that, there’s zero sense to train above I’d say even 6 reps in terms of strength development and working through fibers responsible for max effort. 👌🏼
