Way too much work for something they could have provided an access panel for to allow for repairs IMO. I don't have the patience to go through all of this 'disassemble car', replace part, 'reassemble car' process. I'm just going to cut a hole, pull the old one out, slap in a new one, epoxy the piece I cut out back in place and call it a day. - I mean my Tahoe is a 2007, so it's just not worth the trouble to go through a full 'do it right' process like this. Maybe if it were newer I'd think about it, but it's a LOT of work to get to that one part!

What size screws did you use to put the plastic pieces back together? The ones where you had to drill out the plastic rivets.

When you gain access to the cabin air filter compartment, is that the heater core or the evaporator that is next to it?

Help!!! So my mechanic did this work for me and now the passenger window is not working at all, lights of the ac controls turn off when I push the brake and the lights on the ceiling are completely off, they used to turn on when I open the doors and now they are dead.
Is there any possibility to misplace the connectors or is something else?
    HELPS PLEASE!!!
