Fixing my AC!! Evaporator Temp Sensor replacement on 2011 Silverado (the easy way!)

Mine is doing the same thing. Was yours throwing a code that it was shorted to ground? 130k miles

Mine never threw a code. We manually grounded the relay and got it to work. Is it saying the compressor is shorted?

@@SpeedOfObedience Scan tool is saying my temperature sensor is shorted to ground. I have the code number but i’m not home to look

I pushed it into the box. You’ll have to cut a hole to get it out

What symptoms were you having? My lines keep freezing and my AC goes from hot to cold while driving it seems like something is preventing it from staying cold
